Over 4 years later and Jon is still the only one that works on or services my Lexus, which is approaching 30years young. Took my Lexus to the dealership to diagnose a noise under the car. The exhaust shield needed repair, would cost over $3000 to fix. I went to Lexpro in Franklin as recommended by a friend. Great service center for your Lexus or Toyota without dealer pricing for labor. These folks are certified Lexus and Toyota techs with dealer experience and ASE training. With our local dealers charging $194 per hour for labor, I was looking for an alternative. This shop fits the bill as they are far more reasonable in their pricing and totally transparent about service(s) needed and related cost. My dealer wanted $390 for a flush and fill on a 5th gen 4Runner . Lexpro Franklin only charges $253 for this service. Why not support a local home owned shop and have your money stay in our local Middle TN economy. From oil changes to major services needed, this shop can do it all. Two of our local new Asian car dealers are owned by corporations; One based in Houston and the other in Charlotte, NC. I would rather my money stay here. Very reasonable parts charges for quality Toyota OEM parts or high-quality alternatives to the Lexus dealer's parts department. Save your money and support the little guys for a change. read more

We've taken our 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup to Lexpro four times during the last six years. I do my own basic maintenance...oil changes, etc. myself, however if it's anything more serious I trust John and his employees at Lexpro to do the work. Well, the owner Jon reached out to me after he heard what happened and was even a little shocked himself when he heard the price I paid. Bottom line, I acted like an arse myself and apologized to Justin, the front office administrator, and Jon as well. I took my Lexus in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also replaced some air filters and replaced the battery in my key fob. The service was lightning fast, and priced fairly. The waiting room is pleasantly appointed with complimentary snacks and drinks. Based on a very pleasant first experience, I will continue to use Lexpro for my maintenance and repairs. I have been coming here for several years and I really like this shop. Lori and John are great and always try to work around my schedule for appointment times. I also feel like they are very honest. I don't have a lot of car knowledge but I don't feel they take advantage of you at all. They review things with you and even go so far as to show you an issue with your car and point out, why it needs to be repaired. read more

Lexpro is only in it for the money and cry babies as owners. I dropped off my car and they got mad when needed a ride home. Poor service. Then they said my repair would be 1200 after finding the problem. Another shop found the real problem a little hose that only cost me 180.00. Jim is very demeaning on the phone and treats people with total disrespect. I would never deal with this auto service shop for two reasons. Not doing the right thing for customers. Pure greed to fill his pocket book. Second totally unprofessional on the phone and at the office. read more

I had an "check AWD" pop up on my dash, and was freaking out about the cost to repair it. On top of that, it was impossible to find a shop t hat would look at the car the same day (I had to leave town). Lexpro was able to squeeze me in for a diagnostic and figured out that the light popped on because I recently had a dead battery. A quick reset, and my car was good to go...all for roughly $55 (diagnositic cost). All done in 30 mins. Just nice people. Thanks for the peace of mind. read more
