In our recent experience, it could be renamed Dazzling Tire because that is exactly the service we received. Price...spot on! Or, to use another idiom..."on the money" for price and value. Service? Could not have asked for anything better. I set up an appointment to have my tires installed at my home. The crew showed up when scheduled and very courteously installed 4 new, balanced tires. (Didn't even have to pull the car out of the garage.) Quick, efficient, courteous...and...they have followed up with an email reminding me that I can stop by any of their locations (without an appointment) and have my air pressure and wiper blades checked for free. (Can I add another star for that?)

Donny was so kind and eager to help both times I called in to check on wait time for walk-in services. Kalib (who had also helped me at my last visit) was quick to help get my car checked in and service underway. And Dallas helped me to my car that he had parked out front (I was holding my sleeping baby in the lobby). They gave me the information I needed to make decisions about my vehicle, serviced my vehicle quickly, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Most recently, I stopped in on a busy Saturday morning to have my tire pressure checked and was in and out very quickly. On another visit, I purchased a tire and was impressed with the helpful, friendly staff and smooth process. Overall, I feel very positive about Discount Tire in general, regardless of location, as their team is consistently professional + kind, the service is efficient, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of tires or basic tire services! Great thing about this spot is there is costco, krispy kreme, cracker barrel, plato's closet and several other businesses within walking distance of you need to kill time while waiting!

I tried another repair shop and was very disappointed how dishonest they were. I noticed they provide service to Brentwood fleet vehicles. The maintenance item I need couldn't be done due to a minor repair I needed done first. They didn't try and upsell the repair and didn't try and charge me just for looking at it. After calling around to several repair shops (who all told me to come in and "drop the car off" they would get to it by the end of the day ) I called Gateway Tire & Service and the nicest young man told me to bring the car in, and that they would get me back on my way quickly. I asked the guy at the desk if they had time for an oil change and how much it would cost. He said yes they had time and started to roll through a list of questions. Once he got to the end of the questions, he asked for my keys and said it should be finished in about an hour. Completely skipped the part about the quote. So I reminded him that I needed to know how much it was going to cost. It was about $40 more than I typically pay at Valvoline. Between the cost, the emptiness of the location, and the overall reviews, I decided to move on. It would have been convenient, but I didn't have much confidence that the job would be done correctly.

Firestone was my go to place for several years. But over the last couple of years, the service…read morelevel has really gone down. I took my car there because the AC was not working. (An oil change place said that it looked as those the compressor was not working.) Firestone told me that they could not find anything wrong. They suggested that they recharge the AC and include a dye that would identify a leak if one exists. A.month later. In 90 degree weather, the AC was no longer cooling the car. I took it back to Firestone and they told me that they could not find a leak. They suspected that it could be under the dash and recommended that I take it to a dealership. I took the car to a dealership and they told me that they would need to recharge the AC and include dye. I told them that Firestone had already done that. The dealership told me that they do not see any remnants of dye in the system and it is likely that I was lied to. So I pay another fee for a recharge with dye and a month later, in 90 degree weather, the car no longer heated. I took it back to the dealership and they showed me where the compressor was leaking using a black light. Which confirms that Firestone never added any dye and that the oil change shop was correct to begin with. I spent way more money than I should ever have to fix what should have been an obvious issue for a repair shop to identify. I was a repeat customer for years. I am highly disappointed in Firestone.
