    I brought my GMC SIERRA Denali to the brentwood location wanting my sundown audio SA12s put in my MTI box, I had already bought the 1/0 wiring kit along with a LLJ T-harness for plug and play to the LOC since I'm keeping my factory 8" head unit. I should have knew better when they called and said I wouldn't need the 17' RCA, that the 3' is all I would need. I got there, paid over $300 for a install of wires and amp which I'll touch base on shortly. I drove about 40 mins home playing it, sounded ok but was a bit muddy. Got home and checked out the work. They grounded my amp with 2 self tapping screws. ‍ but wait.. there's more. The power wire was run nice through the firewall and the connection to one of the batteries was good. The problem I have is the T L-harness was NOT used, again, this is a plug and play situation. Plug into the factory harness, the wires then get put into the LOC, the RCA is run from the loc to the amp. The LOC was using wires from where they tapped into the factory BOSE amp. WHY? The t harness was there to use, you all was very well aware of this along with the noise cancellation harness as well which was also not used. They spliced into my factory wires which I DID not want done reason I bought the T-Harness to avoid that. I did send them an email in which I have not heard back from them. Not sure what will be done. The damage is already done., The amp install was $200 and I supplied all the wiring. $25 was to bench test my equipment which was brand new. Wow what a joke. $50 to install a bass knob, $40 of which was for the 3' rca "I needed". The box has LEDS in it, they told me they couldn't find the connector so they couldn't hook it up, I mentioned to them on the phone it's in the back of the box plugged in. Not sure if they just didn't care or didn't see it plugged into the connection. Either way It was where I mentioned to them it was. Now with all that said looks like I'm going to have the issues addressed elsewhere. Lesson learned.

    This place is a circus if not a complete joke. Only call themselves Elite so they can charge you…read more$200/hr for labor, no matter if that's towards a down-pipe change or a fog light install. There's not a trace of 'Elite' in this establishment. From the people, to the skill of doing a job or even the sincerity towards a customer who's not paying $$$ so that you can have an inflated idea about yourself. Got a quote for over $6K for new downpipe, pads and rotors and an intercooler. It was expensive for sure but I thought they'll do a good job. My Focus RS is my daily and I was quite clear to Rich on how important this car is to me and the main reason behind taking a hit on the wallet. He seemed to understand everything, clearly it was only to get me on the hook. They took ~50% advance said we will call you when the parts are in and schedule a date to get the job done. A month, multiple follow-ups and their failing attempts to explain their knowledge of 'supply-chain' and why it's normal that they don't have a clue on when they parts would arrive, we finally had all the parts and scheduled a date. Surprisingly I get the update the next day the car is ready. I go pick it up, make the last payment and leave. A couple of weeks go buy and I'm beginning to smell the emissions in the cabin. I thought to check the tune and couldn't find the OBD port in the car! Called them about it and they said to bring it in to take a look. I mentioned the missing OBD port. Couple of hours later I get a text, your vehicle is ready for pick-up. In the text they also mentioned that there was nothing wrong with their installations and the OBD port was not found. So again I had to call Rich's tells me we checked everything, everything is tight and good. I told him so what about the smell and he says well that only happens if you turn on the AC! Unbelievable. After having to explain it again to Rich he agreed to take another look. Got a text a few hours later saying your vehicle is ready for pick up. Nothing about the issues so I call and the lady (who has ZERO manners with a hopeless attitude problem) says Rich will talk to you when you come to collect. Confused i showed up and he came out to say they did a smoke test and guess what, there was a LEAK. Immediately he got defensive, said 'it could be leaking from anywhere, we can't really see in the video... BS' when it was right where the downpipe goes on the turbo. I told him what's next, the car is undriveable right now, can't have the emissions coming into the cabin. He couldn't care less. He said 'we don't do that job. Maybe the new parts broke some old parts and started walking away'. Told me I was 'pissing him off'! Lol probably because his scams were coming undone and it was time to run back inside. This place is pathetic. If you've got lots of extra $$$ lying around, want a poorly executed job and be treated in a way which makes you livid, yes this is the place for you.

Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.
