Customer service is nonexistent at this shop. They take your car for a scheduled drop-off but give no guarantees on when they'll start or finish the work. Communication is poor, leaving you feeling like you must hound them for updates. My car was with them for 5 business days, during which they only worked on it for 3 to 4 hours and failed to fully repair it. Scheduling an appointment feels pointless. I booked a diagnostic test for my main and auxiliary batteries 3 days ahead of a Thursday appointment. I confirmed the appointment the day before. When I dropped it off Thursday morning, I was assured I'd receive an update "maybe after lunch time." By the end of the day, I received no update from them and when I stopped by the shop, I could see that my vehicle had been untouched. I reiterated my need for the car by Monday, and they said they'd try to look into it the next day. On Friday, I sent a polite reminder and received a curt response saying they prioritize repairs as they arrive. It became clear that appointments are just window dressing. They finally completed the battery replacement on Friday but then found what they believed was an issue causing a battery drain, requiring more diagnostics. A delay in identifying that problem extended my car's time with them. By end of day the following Monday, I had heard nothing from them. On Tuesday, I asked for an update and was promised to be provided a status update before end of day, but they failed to provide any kind of update. On Wednesday, I pressed for an update again, reminding them of the delays. They finally had a tech spend a couple more hours doing diagnostics but still couldn't pinpoint the issue and stated they would need more time (and money) to troubleshoot. After 5 days and minimal progress, I decided to retrieve my vehicle. A nearby Mercedes dealership charged me for diagnostics and found NO issues! Given my experience, I do not trust this shop for future work. They've lost my business and have shown a troubling lack of efficiency and a customer centric focus. From previous reviews, I've noticed that the shop's ownership likes to debate negative reviews (and they get the last word). I've provided all the facts accurately and if Yelp allowed more space for reviews, I'd give you even more details. For potential customers: be wary. They treat new customers poorly, break promises and take too long to perform basic maintenance. Save yourself the hassle--go elsewhere. read more

On Sunday my brake light came on with a message regarding the wear to my brake pads. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment to drop my car off the next day. Upon scheduling an AI generated customer service rep that answers questions after hours/on weekend sent me a text where I could put in any questions. I received a call the next morning from the shop regarding specific information about my question. The AI CS rep helped things more quickly by allowing a space to ask questions! After talking with the shop and giving more detail about what I was looking for and discussing my options I dropped my car off at the scheduled time. Within a few hours they contacted me to let me know the brake system and sensors needed to be replaced and they sent over an electronic overview of the cost for me to approve or deny. The overview was very detailed with what parts were being replaced, the cost, the labor, and other useful information. Before dropping my car off I did some research on the general cost of this repair and gathered a range, and the price I was quoted fell right within that range and even happened to land on the mid to lower end of the range. They said they would keep my car overnight and it would be ready the next day. The entire process was less than 24 hours, which is a great turn around time (and thankfully they had the parts available). Everyone I encountered in the shop was friendly. I felt well informed about what work was going to be done, the cost, the process, and all my questions were answered in a way that were well explained, grew my knowledge on the subject, and I never felt I was being talked down to or being taken advantage of. I researched the answers, as I had questions about upgrading to ceramic brake pads, and found the same results online as were relayed to me, which tells me that the answers were honest and professional. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. My car is already back home and running great! I have a Mercedes and After taking my car to another European car place that completely messed up my car, I was extremely nervous to put it in the hands of anyone other than a dealership. Eurwerks squeezed me in within 2 days and was very transparent with anticipated costs for diagnostics etc. One thing I love about this place is their app where they send you what they worked on, recommended solutions and costs associated with them. My car is driving better than it has in months. Lately my car has had a lot of road noise at high speeds and developed a concerning noise when turning. I based my first visit to Eurwerks off of these positive Yelp reviews. However, an oversight on their part left me stranded at midnight on the side of the interstate. Eurwerks replaced spark plugs in my Volkswagen as part of my standard recommended 10,000 mile service. They replaced these plugs with little-to-no life left in my ignition coils. As it just so happens, doing so causes EVERYTHING to foul. Not even 2 months later, I had to have my car towed and purchased ALL NEW spark plugs and had to replace ALL ignition coils at another facility. I understand human error and am generally pretty understanding of mistakes, but the treatment I got after this mishap was what I simply cannot overlook. I called to explain the issue and asked to speak to Melis (owner?). She knew something was foul and seemed to always be 'away' when I called. The last particular instance, I knew she was on-site. However, she passed the phone off to an incredibly brash, abrupt, and loud gentlemen, likely assuming he could just intimidate me until I relented. He was insulting and spewed that "the dealership will tell you ANYTHING to make us look bad." Well, sir, I'm inclined to listen to anyone sensible when I'm broken down on the side of the interstate. And I appreciate your reaction without me having told you any details whatsoever about the issue. You, sir, had absolutely no interest in hearing the underlaying facts of my car issue. The Volkswagen dealership even called Eurwerks on my behalf, as they were aware of the intricate details of the issue and knew I had been ripped off. They thought (wrongly) that Eurwerks might care to cover the cost of the fouled 2-month-old spark plugs they installed (ha!) At the end of the day, what kills me, is this dealership STILL does not know the full issue around what happened and they SIMPLY DON'T CARE. At least pretend to want to learn from your errors so you don't do the EXACT SAME THING to the next VW customer! I don't understand. Further, I am a female working in a mostly male industry (construction), I know how difficult it is to be successful and respected in certain fields. The thing that upsets me probably the most is that a WOMAN (Malin) never had the courage to call me or speak to me in person. She told the crudest man in the entire shop 'sic 'em' and passed on the phone to him to try to intimidate me. She later wrote me a snarky email (which of course, I am happy to share) and left it at that. It has been a couple of months since this happened and I am still so upset by it. The only constructive thing I can do is use platforms such as Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and others to at least make other customers aware of my experience at this place. My car was driving poorly (erratic acceleration, sluggish, engine rattle) and I gave myself a pep-talk before taking it in. "OK. Plan for $1,000. Whatever it is, just plan for $1,000." I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and within 15 minutes, Chet had diagnosed it as needing a new fuel pump (or fuel pump sensor, cannot remember). I asked "Okay. How much is it?" It was $112 + 1 hour of labor ($80 or $85). The Volvo dealership they called had the part but didn't deliver, so the kind lady at the front desk just casually said, "No problem. I'll drive down to Franklin and get it for you so we can get your car back to you today," despite my telling them if they needed to keep it, they could. She also asked if she could give me a ride to work when she noticed the friend coming to get me was 15 minutes late (I declined, but thanked her). I also requested that they check my shocks and my brakes... I got a call about two hours after I left that my brakes were fine until my next oil change (which they were giving me that day)... and that my shocks were also fine; a simple part was loose under the car and they tightened it. They very easily could've replaced my brakes earlier than necessary and invented a suspension problem... they didn't. I trust Chet. He is MY mechanic. And I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend EurWerks. read more

Rip offs. I took my 2006 Jetta TDI. It was in limp mode. Turbo was not working. I told them to fix turbo. Instead they did a lot of unnecessary work that I did not request at all. They said that they cleaned EGR and throttle. Lowered the engine? Charged me $1500. Car was the same way after they "say" it's fixed. Took to Turbo guy couple blocks away he said no one touched the turbo. I told the older guy who works there or owns that car was not fixed he told me that he would call cops? Never go there for car performance issues! They can only replace parts. Not professionals!!! read more
