Terry's ruined my beautiful Ford F-150. Took my truck in to find out why my "check engine" light was on. They kept my truck three days and replaced almost $2000 worth of parts, but were unsuccessful at getting the "check engine" light to go off. Since I need my truck every day, it was months later before I could take my truck back in to Terry's for them to keep another three days. This time they replaced another $1500 worth of parts, and the "check engine" light came back on the very next morning. Some time later I took my truck to the Ford dealer and they told me the engine was ruined and now I need a whole new engine! For $15,000. Not a typo! If Terry's had identified the problem in the beginning, this wouldn't have happened. Without transportation now, Terry's has ruined my life. read more

The vandals broke out the back window and messed up everything underneath the steering column trying to steal the car. But they couldn't steal it, so that's a blessing. My car battery had broke down and AAA took my car to Terry service center. I've grown up using Firestone but thought since my car was taken there, I would give them a shot. I was shocked by how overpriced and expensive the service and labor was costing me. I thought it was going to be helpful using an online portal to show all the jobs they recommended, but as they started stacking them up, it was very overwhelming when I was trying to read through it. When I called for them to explain the jobs and why some of the prices were so hot they said that is how much it cost to do it. Luckily I just had them change my battery and took my car to Firestone. Let's just say for the same work I was able to get my spark plugs replace for half the cost that Terry's was charging Me. Also Firestone said some of the jobs they requested were not needed and was overkill. One of my filters Terry's was charging me for was for 36 bucks where Firestone only charged me three. I am writing this review to make sure you don't get over charged and be sure to look for a second opinion out there because I almost fell for it. read more

Excellent, thorough, friendly and quick, but not the cheapest repair place. But you get what you pay for. We had them do a thorough inspection of our secondary car, which we rarely drive. They found some issues, none critical, and supplied us a detailed explanation with photos of each thing and the price to fix it. Decided to just get the oil changed for now. There was no hard sell to do more, which is common especially with dealer service centers. We'll continue to use them in the future, happily. read more

Terry's was very honest with their assessment but worked quickly to get me back on the road. There was a bit of a communication error in terms of what exactly was being fixed on the car, but in the end they did what was best for my car. I had driven my car for over a decade, so a lot of work needed to be done, but they were honest in telling me what was worth fixing immediately. Others have mentioned that it's not the cheapest, but getting quality and trustworthy work done is sometimes hard to find at a cheap price, so it's worth paying for the quality work they put in. I'm giving a 3 because Terry's gave me a quote and I approved it so it's not as if they were dishonest. However, once you have a car in a shop and need to get back asap it's not easy to tow it somewhere else and start the process over. I thought the quote seemed extremely high but was in a bind so just bit the bullet and paid it. 5 months later I had the exact same issue again (not Terry's fault issue came back). This time I tried another reputable shop in the same neighborhood and was shocked by the price difference. Terry's charged 430% for the exact same procedure. If they can keep up those prices more power to them but I would strongly advise you to get a second quote. read more

I have a 2007 Nissan Murano with 156,000 miles on it. Terry's has been servicing the Murano for many years and is the key reason I have not traded it or sold it. Yes, there have been service issues that go far beyond old changes, alignments and batteries. Terry's staff have done a great job repairing gaskets, drive shafts, struts and converters just to name a few. They help by checking potential issues which is great.
