This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

While they do ask if you want to hear about any additional service recommendations, I've never felt pressured to purchase these and rather took away knowledge to make an educated choice in the near future. I was able to use a coupon even though my vehicle takes a more specific oil and the price point wasn't too bad for getting sit in my car. Also went about 45 minutes to closing time and they could not have been any more nice or willing to service my vehicle. I even saw them helping a customer who came back needing different windshield wipers installed and they immediately remedied the issue. It was almost 90 degrees in the car with the air turned off, so I was sweating disgustingly, but small price to pay when the workers are braving the heat for customers. Happy they had some sort of cooling/fan system going for them, but hope that management can hook them up with a better cooling system. And also maybe give them some extra hydration too. They more than deserve! Never thought I'd write a review about an oil change but here I am haha! Thanks again Valvoline team at Green Hills!

Apparently when they first tested my battery it was bad...but no one told me that. Was given a whole list of recommendations and not once verbally or written was my battery being bad mentioned. Tried to sell me on getting the battery replaced there, absolutely not. So here I am with a dead battery currently being replaced by triple a. You guys absolutely suck and I will never return.
