Best place to get an oil change! We went and immediately got in. Apparently we didn't need an oil change yet and they were transparent about it and willing to give us a new sticker no charge. Thank you Shannon (and his coworker that I didn't catch his name!) read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Mr. Tremaine checking me out for the incredible service he gave! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Genuinely the best costumer service around. They are so friendly, funny, and helpful every single time!! I've been coming here for a few years now and never had a bad experience. Occasionally I've had to wait close to an hour, but they go as fast as they can. They always offer cold water bottles if it's that long of a wait. Best staff ever. read more

Not a 10 minute oil change as advertised. By the time I got up there after they were finishing another customer, all in was closer to 30 minutes. Not too many oil change options. read more

I really wanted to get my oil changed at the Valvoline that was so helpful to me a few weeks ago, but unfortunately they don't offer free top ups on oil between appointments. And with my car burning a little oil now, that is important to me. I came here for the first time and everything was so fast and the employees were super helpful, professional and kind. Kudos to Kaseem for a great job today - thank you! Not crazy expensive but not cheap. The win for me here is they offer free fill ups between appointments. 'Anything under the hood.' Oil, wiper fluid, etc. see ya in 3 months, boys! read more

Need to change the name from 5 Minute to 50 Minute Oil Change. Always new faces, always "Under New Management"...same terrible attitudes. This place will benefit from automated robots changing the oil. Price is the only thing that keeps me coming back - And soon that won't be enough. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I get from the crew at this business. And also for the quality of the services and products I but the genuine interaction. Five stars. read more

Don't have enough employees showing up. Waited 20 min in side and still no service. Had to move on. Maybe try some other time. Not sure tho

Quick, easy, affordable and great staff. Get you quick, perform oil change quick and completed a safety check by the manager before leaving. Thank you! read more

The employees just seem annoyed to be there. They all have terrible attitudes and mumble commands. Almost not even English. Leadership needs to take a visit to this location read more

NEVER use this company to change your oil. They damaged my engine with using the wrong oil and it cost me $4900. They never accepted any responsibility and pretty much ignored all attempts of resolving their mistake. I had 2 different dealerships write me a summary of damages and Take 5 oil ignored all facts. They are a SCAM! read more

Suuuuper slow. I thought this would be a quick in and out. I had two cars in front of me and it took an hour to get in a bay even though they had all three working. When I got in, no one really said anything for about 15 minutes. They then came over to start working on the car and only then informed me they only had the most expensive oil in stock for high mileage cars. I took it so my last hour and change wouldn't have been for nothing. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

I came here earlier today to get a oil change, in hopes of being able to get in and out as advertised the staff was doing their best to get everyone in and out. I was there for longer then I expected and wanted to be but the staff was so friendly and attentive when it came to be my turn to be serviced. Once they started and got everything going I was done before I knew it!!! Definitely will return, read more

They lied to me about doing my tires and wiper fluid, they were slow and took a while, they were rude and not courteous to me, and messed things up that I had to have them fix, won't be going back read more

I've been going to the Charlotte location since they opened and have always had a good experience until today and now I will never go back. I stopped here in hopes of getting an oil change, but wasn't able to because they were so slow and I had an appointment to get to. They were extremely rude, no one asked why I was there or told me an estimated time to wait. The girl guiding me into the garage was extremely rude and just walked into an office and closed the door. I had to ask for information. Will never return. Don't waste your time here. read more

Ok - the definition of Top Off is not Safe Level. And Safe Level was described by the service writer as in between minimum & maximum. I stated that the top off of fluids was more my reason for the oil change. My coolant & power steering are a minimum. My transmission seems to be OK however I will visit another company on Monday to have them check and do proper expected top off of fluids. The service check list stated my air filter was fine - without even checking until I called it to service writers attention. It stated the plug gasket was replaced. I'm hoping that's correct. All of these worrisome reviews with oil leaks leading to repairs was something I wish I would have checked before going however the $20 coupon is why I went. Will not be returning. And if I suffer any oil leaks or damages I will be returning after contacting the corporate executives.UPDATE: I had another business check the car underneath and everything appears to be fine. They topped off the power steering fluid & coolant and assured me the transmission fluid was full. Again - topping off to maximum is the expectation as it saves me money when you add up the costs of those fluids and it should be done on the initial visit not having to come back asking for this. Keeping the 2 stars. read more

They forgot to put the oil back in my car and my motor blown. Don't not go there, just look at them do they even look like they been to school for cars? No you dont have to have a license to change oil. and I paid for it. read more

Great Take 5 location. Keandra and her team do a great job. I would highly recommend this location for an oil change.

I was yelled out from 30 feet away by some extremely rude employee. Only to be completely ignored when I pulled into the bay for 15+ minutes. So I left since not a single person even said hello, or asked what I was there for. read more

I went to Take 5 because I had a coupon from a Smart Savings card bought from a local public school. The coupon had an expiration date of August 2022. I was told they have raised their prices and the coupon was not valid and then proceeded to try to sell the 73.99 oil change. Should have stayed at Walmart. And it is not home of the 10 minute oil change... took much longer than 10 minutes. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Denied coupon - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

It was quick and easy, the service was attentive. I went for the full synthetic option.

I noticed that the sticker on my car said that I should've changed my oil 4000 miles ago. I thought I had done it recently and when I mention this to the man who was getting my information, he said he check the oil to see if I really needed to change it. He showed me that the oil was clean and the air filter looked fairly new so I did not need an oil change. I was really impressed by his honesty. I will be back. read more

This place is fantastic. Draven + Shawn had my car serviced in less than 20 mins and explained everything they were doing to make sure I was comfortable with the charges. I came to get an oil change before work. There were about five cars in front of me with two service stations open. I've been in line currently for an hour and a half with no explanation and am trapped by other cars so cannot leave. I've used this location many times in the past with no issues and am highly disappointed in the extremely slow service today. read more

Been going here a while and it's historically been decent but the past two times I've gone it's been a brutal experience. Excessively slow service and understaffed. I understand we're scraping the bottom of the barrel in the labor market but I think there's been a change to management somewhere because the employees have gotten noticeably worse. read more

I couldn't agree more with other reviews for Take 5 Oil Change. During lunch, I took my car to Take 5 for an oil change. Austin, Timmie and Matthew were awesome and very efficient. I felt as if I was driver in Daytona 500 getting a pitstop at Take 5. Ha, ha! Get a quick oil change, get all liquid level inspected, air filter replaced and tire pressure refilled. I then got off and started running in circle again. Ha, ha! I even still have some time to stop over CFA close by to order lunch. I will see those guys again every 3,000 miles. read more

Best! I usually go to vavoline but the lines were crazy so I backed out drove over to this place! I asked for a coupon and got one. No wait time. Last time I was at vavoline they didn't recap it correctly and I had to go back which was very inconvenient being I had an international flight the next day. Anyway I'm sold with this take 5 establishment. The people were kind and professional and the wait time was quick. I'm going here for now on. read more

Stopped in right before a road trip home to Colorado. Very courteous, quick, clean, didn't even have to get out of the car. That rare combination of super fast but also super thorough customer service! This was honestly the most pleasant oil change I have ever experienced. No getting out of your car, as soon as you pull up someone hands you a cold water and asks what you need. Once you pull in they give you oil options, and there is no pressure to buy extra like the other places I have been to. They even show you where the a/c filter in your glovebox is in case you want to change it yourself (I did not). So much better than either A) sitting in a waiting room for an oil change that takes forever or B) going to a place that is fast at the expense of customer service and performance. read more

WORST EVER!!!!! Went to the location on Lebanon Road in Nashville. I had a 25% off coupon that I was emailed from Take 5 through the VA that gives a 25% discount to Military and Vets with ID and is valid thru July 29, 2023. Mind you now the coupon was emailed to me BY Take 5 and I printed out the entire page in case there was any issues because something told me there would be. I pull up and there are five employees standing around smoking on their phones. No one of them come over as I sit there for a few minutes??? Finally, one guy looks at me and says "can I help you?" I tell him "I would like to get an oil change." Why did he think I was there?? I wait another 2-3 minutes and another guy comes to the window of my truck. I show him the coupon from Take 5 along with my Military ID. He looks at it and yells to another guy "are we still doing Military discounts?" The other guy says "No, we stopped doing that about a month ago." I said "Take 5 just emailed me this Monday." He says "Sorry man must have been a mistake." Then added "still want the oil change?" To which I send "No thank you." I then went online and got a coupon from Firestone for an oil change for $29.99 which is still less than a Take 5 oil change with the fake 25% off coupon! Stay away from Take 5, big RIP OFF! read more

I am so glad to see Take 5 come to Nashville! I've been a brand loyalist for years before relocating here, so do yourself a favor and just TRY IT. Store manager, Sam, is an amazingly kind and knowledgeable lady. Stellar customer service, educational and EASY. Plus, they'll give you free top-offs and air your tires between oil changes! Highly recommended! Thanks again, Sam! read more
