We figured out my AC filter hadn't been changed in years and it was clogged to the brim with debris. Norris took out the filter, vacuumed out the debris, and sent me on my way. I was very thankful I found such a considerate business to ease my anxiety and make sure I'm safe. My cat was happy too! Had seen reviews and Essy seemed widely respected. Gave him a call. He answered and I asked if he could fit me in. He apologized that he couldn't because he was at his daughter's graduation that day but that if I called back Monday he'd see if he could fit me in. I ultimately found another shop nearby that also had good reviews with immediate availability and it was a good experience, but just wanted to say how much I admired Essy answering my call. I felt like he did in case it was an emergency repair situation (it obviously wasn't), which definitely reflects what his customers say about him. And to apologize about his availability bc he was attending a major event for his loved one... being gracious and generous is definitely in his nature. So just wanted to share that :-)

When I mentioned he should honor it, he said okay. Dropped off on time and walked to Nadeen's for breakfast. Upon returning just over an hour later, I saw my car in the stall. I asked the guy at the desk how much longer and was told it was being worked on. We sat outside in the blazing sun because their small waiting room was full. After several minutes, we noticed a mechanic start to look at our car. I asked him how much longer and was told he just needs to drain the oil and refill it. So more-or-less, nothing had been done over the past 1.5 hours! I asked if the tires had been rotated and was informed they didn't need it! What?! Leads me to believe the full safety inspection I also paid for was not done either. Two hours later, the oil change was complete. I told the guy at the counter that they should not make an appointment time they can't honor. His reply was that they needed a stall. Again, a 9 am appointment should not be started past 10:30 am! My previous oil changes here were very positive experiences, yet this one just made me decide not to do business here again. Terrible customer service today.

They truly went the extra mile for me when I was stressed about unexpected expenses and repairs, especially since my car wasn't safe to drive.
