Ron Hall’s Service Center

In this day and age finding a repair place that is 100% honest is extremely rare. Ron Hall is the…read morereal deal. I surprised I have not done this before, as we have gone to Ron Hall for years. This particular review deals with our latest experience. We went to a car dealership for my daughter's car a few weeks ago, mostly because Ron Hall was backed up. After spending almost $600 fixing the car, the dealership hit us with 3 additional repairs they said needed to be done: power steering leak, radiatior leak, and rear differential leak. The cost was over $2000. Today, Ron Hall looked at it and ran some diagnostics. He said it was more of an ooze on the power steering and they could not find a single cooling system leak or rear differential leak. In the end, he added some fluid to stop the leak and did not charge to examine the car. This is not the first time either. A few years back, my wife had an issue that turned out to be a fuse. Ron told her he could not charge her for replacing a fuse. We have taken all of our cars here and have always been treated fairly. The only thing I hate about giving this type of review is if too many of you see it and start frequenting, making it harder for me to get in. But I feel excellence has to be rewarded. Kudos Ron & family.

Warranty issues may be a factor also if closure occured.I would seek and have sought out other reputable services I know will be open in the future. I have found an A1 service in White bluff named ALL ROADS AUTO who will now serve as my mechanic for my old vehicles. Everyone else should consider these good people also.
