THEY are the ones who did the last oil change and I had to argue with them and they wouldn't change the oil until they verified with a Carfax! They also "recommended" several things that needed to be done such as front and rear brakes and rotors (which I had replaced less than a year ago), sway bar, front wheel bearings, control arm and ball joint in the front, about $1,500 worth of issues. I took the car to a mechanic in Hendersonville that's been in business over 30 years that I completely trust and he said he went all over the car and found NOTHING wrong! Tire Discounters will rip you off every time if you let them. Stick to putting on tires and doing rotations.

They said they had an electrician on the way, but he was from Knoxville so it would be several days I missed that appointment. However, the discount tire across town easily fix the problem with no worries or issues. The second issue is going in today. You need a patch on one of my tires and the tires rotated and then telling me that my tire was too old because it was made in 2019 and wasn't serviceable so the only thing they could do is sell me four brand new tires acting is that the other three were bad and I didn't drive the truck in there on the tires. No dry rot nowhere issues anything like that just somebody trying to work you out of your Money .

My oil change was $100. Not sure if this is the going rate.

Dale stopped me and asked me to bring it in so he can verify whether or not this was true. So I took it in the next morning. He took a look and basically found that the dealership was in fact trying to get one over on me. Now I had called 5-7 shops in the area to get quotes before going with Dale. I went with Dale because he was beyond nice on the phone, very professional, and he was the first one to offer to verify what the dealership was saying I needed. Now truth be told, he was not the cheapest quote. However, he was only $20 more than the cheapest quote. And because Dale seemed to be honest and very polite on the phone. I went with this shop. So Dale called me and said I only needed 2 out of the 5 things the dealership said I needed. And was wayyy cheaper than the dealerships quotes. I said, "let's do it!." My SUV was done in about an hour and a half. I am extremely pleased with their work and friendlyness. I believe the other employee Mike? Mark? was super nice too. Looks like this will be my go to shop from now on! Highly recommended!

I received a call 20 minutes later advising me my car was ready for pickup. That's SERVICE! Friendly staff, clean store and professionally run.
