Then after all of that, I get hit with a surcharge on the oil too. So not only was the service disorganized and disrespectful, it was overpriced on top of it. At this point I literally would have left if I wasn't boxed in between cars. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. You don't treat paying customers like they're invisible. Won't be back, and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone else.

They totaled a family member's vehicle and refused to take responsibility. They got their insurance company's attorney to get them off the hook in court and now we just don't have a vehicle. They could have legitimately filed with their insurance company at very little cost to themselves to repair the damage THEY caused, but they would not. Despicable people. You can't run a business like that without people eventually figuring it out!

Without doing any research other than looking at the error code i got from O'riely they quoted me over $1000.00 i left and celled a friend who is a mechanic. He told me the part he thought i needed and i got it myself and went to his shop. The entire repair was completed for $100. I would never recommend express for repairs. Be careful

DO NOT GO HERE - CAUSED $2,500 IN DAMAGE…read more I took my car to Take 5 Oil Change on November 25th, and within two miles of leaving, my car started leaking oil and radiator fluid. This visit caused approximately $2,500 in damage, completely ruined our Thanksgiving, and left oil all over my garage floor. This wasn't a minor mistake -- this was gross negligence. Something was clearly not tightened or reassembled correctly, and the employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The level of training (or lack of it) was alarming. I immediately contacted the location and spoke with the so-called manager, Kevin, who told me a claim had been filed and that I would hear back in 3-5 business days. It is now January 5th, well over a month later, and I have heard NOTHING. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company has shown zero urgency or responsibility for the damage they caused. If you value your vehicle, your time, or your money, stay far away from Take 5. A quick oil change is not worth thousands of dollars in repairs and weeks of being ignored. I will never return and will make sure others know exactly what happened. I've called the store mgr several times and he says he's gotten nothing back regarding the claim or they say he's on vacation which is what they've said 3 out of however many of the weeks I've called since this happened.

I first called ahead to see if they could top off my air so I could make it to a place to actually change my tire, which he reassured me he would do his best to help me see if it was repairable and top it off with air for me. After the phone call the gentleman was so nice that I wasn't worried anymore if they would be able to help. After arriving to this location it was four young men that looked between the age of 18 and 22 and they sure knew what they were doing! They all pitched in to help get me in and out in less then 5 minutes and even gave me a water bottle which was super nice. I wish I got the names of the guys who helped me get back on the road because they were awesome! They even recommended me where to get my tire patched at. Thank you again for all the help from those 4 young men and Take 5 oil change!
