Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.

Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... But we have this DOWNGRADED tire in stock that will be a suitable replacement. what part of NO do you not understand. I am not talking down to you ( that's for the ASSHOLE who was trying to explain their incompetence). Another store MAGICALY put 4 tires on my car and performed the service that I requested. YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS.. This is not the first time that service issues have occurred. 1 Damage to wheels, laying rims face down, scratches 2 6 quart capacity, put in 5 quarts.

Over $800 later, not only did they not fix the problem, but it actually got worse. Even after speaking with the Owner Chris, he assured me they would find out what causes the issue and fix it. 6 hours later, SAME PROBLEM, now I have to take my car to another shop and hope they are more professional and honest. I can't tell you not to take your car to them, but if you do, do it at your own risk. I'm not naive to believe that auto repair shop are supposed to be 100% honest, but at least tell the customer don't fix something that doesn't need to be fixed just to say you did a repair.

Tire World was the first place I called. I spoke with Tim, who informed me it could be as simple as a screw holding the windshield wiper arm had come loose. I took my truck to Tire World and Tim personally looked at the issue and determined the issue was indeed as the screw and tightened it back down for me and didn't even charge a penny.
