They replaced the valve cover gasket and the orange fuel injector is rupturing fuel.  Told me $900 to fix

Went in for a oil leak and fuel pump. 1 hour and half later, my car was rupturing fuel. They told me it was there before. If my car was rupturing fuel, that would have been the first thing I wanted fixed. Just so happened the fuel leak is next to the valve cover gasket where they worked on the car. Management refuses to make it right. I was on my way to pick up my children, they could have died. Future and past customers, check the parts price at O'reilly's, first class is charging double. First class auto = enemies of the people

The team was absolutely wonderful. Top notch service and they were fine with taking me to work and picking me back up. They replaced my drums and shoes and the price was pretty nice as well. They provided me with a quote for future services and they were honest and I did not feel like they took advantage of me at all. They were lower than some of the competitors out there and I never felt like they were trying to up charge me because I am a woman. I met the owner and he is a hilarious character. The waiting room was wonderful and clean with fresh coffee and snacks.

My passenger side rear tire was low when I arrived on Thursday afternoon. While the tires were getting filled, I mentioned the low pressure issue to the tech and asked if I had something in that tire. The tech said the air should solve the problem but he did not look at my tire. Fast forward to today, my tire pressure dropped 17lbs in the rear passenger tire and I am once again at Discount Tire. When I asked about something in my tire, a new tech looked at the tire this time and discovered a screw in the passenger rear tire. The tech I talked to today asked why the tech from yesterday didn't check the tire. Good question. I got here at 12:45. I was checked in at 1:05. To my surprise, I received a text update stating I wouldn't be seen until 2:50-3:15-something not mentioned when I checked in. My car was not taken back until 3:30. I did not leave until Had the first tech looked at the tire yesterday, I wouldn't have spent 3.5 hours waiting to be seen today. I understand businesses are busy but its a tire plug. I've experienced solid customer service for years at Discount Tire, a disappointing visit on top of 3.5 hours I didn't have to waste during a workday, will have me shopping elsewhere.
