We were directed to this shop from CarMax recently as a third party shop who could work our car in since CarMax's service shop was backed up. I had taken a car there a few years back and had a great experience so we chose to go here with our 2021 Ford Explorer. We didn't know that the company had changed ownership since getting my car worked on here and we had the absolute worst experience ever. The employees here have the worst communication ever and no one seemed to care that we were out a car for an entire month. We dropped off our vehicle on September 11th and JUST picked it up Monday October 16th. The issue was never fixed and we had to pay $800 because according to CarMax the shop didn't work the claim correctly and they could do nothing about it. Our car has the Max Care Bumper to Bumper warranty so the fact they directed us to a shop that doesn't know how to process claims and use the warranty correctly and left us paying $800 for our still broken car doesn't make sense to us still. The shop has the worst customer service and communication ever. We had to constantly call them to get any updates or information and of course only one person, Danny, knew anything about our car. He would give us info that they were waiting on a computer to be able to diagnose the issue and we understood that some things just take time to figure out. However, we were constantly told it would hopefully be done by the end of the week, every time we called for an update. If they couldn't figure it out they should have been honest so we could get it to another shop who had the technicians and technology to get it figured out. Danny was also so difficult to get a hold of. I spoke to him finally on October 9th, he said he'd call by the end of day with an update as the technician was supposed to look at it that afternoon and he never called. My boyfriend followed up two days later and Danny was off that day, the owners were unavailable, and no one in the entire shop knew anything about the status of our car. That was on October 13th, a full month after we dropped it off. The fact that no one had an answer or knew ANYTHING at that point was infuriating. We are BEYOND frustrated with this shop and don't want anyone to experience what we've had to go through. This shop lacks basic customer service and communication skills and our car is still not fixed! Think twice before bringing your car here, if I could give zero stars I would. read more

Went in for a oil leak and fuel pump. 1 hour and half later, my car was rupturing fuel. They told me it was there before. If my car was rupturing fuel, that would have been the first thing I wanted fixed. Just so happened the fuel leak is next to the valve cover gasket where they worked on the car. Management refuses to make it right. I was on my way to pick up my children, they could have died. Future and past customers, check the parts price at O'reilly's, first class is charging double. A month later, there was another issue with the window and could have told me anything and charged me anything. Instead, he was honest, took care of it and got me on my way. I cannot speak to automotive only collision and customer service. The customer service from management and specifically the receptionist/front desk lady was awful. It took my car almost 4 months to be repaired which can happen in post COVID trying to get parts. My issue was the constant run around on what was happening with my car the constant story change and lack transparency. On top of all that how we were spoken to and treated in our calls and in person interactions, specifically with the front desk person was unacceptable. This is not how you treat customers period, especially when your company is causing the delay and the headache. read more

The team was absolutely wonderful. Top notch service and they were fine with taking me to work and picking me back up. They replaced my drums and shoes and the price was pretty nice as well. They provided me with a quote for future services and they were honest and I did not feel like they took advantage of me at all. They were lower than some of the competitors out there and I never felt like they were trying to up charge me because I am a woman. I met the owner and he is a hilarious character. When I'm unable to get an appointment with Toyota, I always go to First Class Sales and Service for my engine oil change. I would say this was my third or fourth time going in for a service, and they always seem to get me squeezed in. The receptionist is very polite and respectful. The mechanics are also fast and personable. The establishment itself is also welcoming with it's pool table, many comfortable seats, tv, and let's not forget snacks & drinks. I went there for a 30 minute repair. I sat their watching them working on someone else's truck I decided to sit inside and 5 seconds later they come and tell me that it's done and there's more problems. Such as both rear shocks need to be replaced. For 1,000. Really? So you do the alignment thing but forget to mention the after the estimate you need me to schedule an alignment for after the repairs. read more

Took my pickup to these guys with service engine light on and gas cap light. They kept it two days got it back few days later both lights are back on. Took it back they kept it two more days. $400 plus charges today lights are back on. I called manager yesterday. He suggested I take it to Dodge let them find the problem and then he would repair it. When I come to a shop I have very high expectations being that I have a modified car. This shop went above and beyond to meet my every expectation and that goes a very long way with me. A lot of shops will not touch a slammed car but these guys did not hesitate to take on my car. My car caused many issues and they tackled each and every one with the utmost precision and care. I had heard of First Class from our FAV Tire Store in Smyrna who we trust & I was not disappointed. In fact, my experience with First Class went beyond my expectations & hopes. From the first phone call I had with Danny, to the moment I paid my bill, everything was TOP notch. I had no a/c in my car, it was 90 degrees out and I fully expected a very $$ repair job ahead. Danny & his team were so knowledgeable, kind, super fast and above all else SOOO honest. Cost me literally 1/3 of what I would hv been charged anywhere else. But the experience of AMAZING customer service was invaluable. We brought our other family car over this morning. I will forever come to First Class for auto needs & will recommend Danny & his team SO highly. Kindness & honesty is so treasured esp right now in this world, and even though I plead auto ignorance, First Class did not take advantage of that. I cannot rave enough about my experience with them.
