Bass Tire was recommended to me, and I drove there immediately. These people are amazing. These guys fixed it with no problems. They even told me that the only reason the dealership's service department didn't want to fix it is because they are only interested in selling new tires and would come up with a bunch of lies about why my tire could not have been repaired. Bass Tire personnel took the nail out, patched the tire, and didn't even charge a penny, where the dealer's service dept was about to charge me over $300. Highly recommend Bass Tires!!!!!!!!!!!

He went above and beyond and is the greatest asset to any Land Rover Dealership we have dealt with over the past 11 years. We live almost 2 hours away, and Jay is worth the trip. If anybody is listening, you better keep Jay happy and taken care of because he is taking care of your customers in the best possible way.

My honest opinion based on experience with this dealership:…read more I went to the owner, Nelson Andrews, and had told him that the service manager who was dating a friend of mine was telling women that their vehicles needed very expensive repairs or he (the Andrews dealership ) would purchase them for a major discount( he would turn around and flip them- no work was done ) I told Nelson Andrews and he said that all he cares about is his bottom line and that they are making a lot of money since he started running the dealership ( that he got from his parents). I was stunned that he would make that sort of claim and show me the statistics and the PROPHET margins of how great they're doing since he's taken over, so I once again try to be much more clear and telling him that his employees were ripping off customers, he told me that his employees were allowed to purchase vehicles from customers and do whatever they wanted, including selling them. ( I have no respect for someone that cheats others). I also mentioned that I had a jaguar and had it in for repairs however, I could never seem to get a loaner car and it turned out that the mechanics were all taking them home and driving them, including one of his mechanics who allowed a 15-year-old to drive the top of the line Jaguar they had just gotten in when I mentioned this to Nelson Andrews, he said that his mechanics are more than welcome to take home and drive all the vehicles, and it made no impact to him If customers were without loaner cars his only priority was his workers and his profit margins. He did not care about customers. I found him to be a very selfish and self-centered individual who thinks that he is righteous. "Pride comes before a fall" Another observation is that they refuse to work on Land Rovers that are more than 10 years old. Why would a dealership sell someone a vehicle only to not stand by that brand years later? I can't understand how Land Rover/Jaguar can still allow this dealership to stay in business. Caveat emptir ("buyer beware!") if a company or an individual will cheat on small things, they will certainly cheat on big things. I would advise someone to drive to another city and purchase a Land Rover or Jaguar if you want to work with an honorable dealership.

Rewind to Winter 2003-2004, my then car suddenly experienced a massive oil leak (which thankfully didn't blow up my engine). Prior to this incident, I had been taking my vehicle to Bridgestone/Firestone. On that day, I leaned the wrong filter had been installed in my vehicle, thus creating the infamous "ocean o' oil" as my then colleagues called it. I told one of my friend's neighbors and they immediately referred me to Larry's. After inspecting, the technician took the time to explain what had happened, and how to prevent the same from happening in the future when I took it in for an oil change. [Read: They were not assumptive they would be keeping my business, but they did...and for the long haul!] Outside of one oil change, from that day forward, no other shop serviced my vehicle.
