The Worst Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I had an…read moreextremely disappointing experience at Glendale Nissan in Glendale, CA. I was under great emotional stress--helping my best friend through cancer--when I purchased my 2021 Nissan Altima at night. Mo, the sales rep, assured me it was in mint condition. The next morning, I discovered dents, scratches, no floor mats, and a cracked front license plate holder that made it impossible to properly attach my plates. Mr. Melendez, the finance manager, told me I had 30 days to cancel the extended warranty but failed to disclose that canceling wouldn't reduce my monthly payment. I emailed him with my concerns and received no response. After escalating to Nissan USA, I was sent right back to the dealership, where Marisela, the OLM's response was cold and unhelpful--with zero resolution. I've been a loyal Nissan customer for over 20 years. After this experience, I will never buy another Nissan--and I strongly advise others to avoid Glendale Nissan.
