The check coming to me and my credit union did not make it overnight. They finally arrived today. 7 DAYS LATER. I was contemplating having the Jeep reported stolen so it would be returned to me without question. Maybe it was my fault for being trustworthy, IDK. These people are scum of the earth and not to be trusted in their word.

We liked it and tried to buy it but the drivers side running board was broken and the paint protection film and window tinting had not applied. A $995.00 dealer add-on that Had to be applied to the cost of the car. After much apologizing by the salesman and others, we were told we had to purchase the car as is before the repairs and dealer add-ons would be remedied. We refused but said when all the fixes were complete in a week, we would then make the hundred mile journey again, to buy the car. They refused and we walked out.

The waiting area was nice - stocked with coffee, drinks and donuts. There was a good selection of seating choices, including an office suite and a charging station. Kudos 1! Several employees walked by but none of them greeted me despite making eye contact. I can see why some reviewers said the people here weren't friendly. Strike 3! It's 11:12 and my car still hasn't been brought into the service bay. This is not looking good for this dealership. Strike 4! I spoke to my service representative and said the hour they quoted me was almost up. She gave me the spiel about how the times are not guaranteed. I told her if that was the case, they should tell customers that when they make the appointment. Then she said she had no control over what people are told and I pointed out that she has access to those who do. It seems they don't understand that refusing to take accountability doesn't help. So far this has not been a good experience. Strike 5! Finally got finished a little after noon. Well, an hour and a half is not what I would expect for an oil change, especially if you go to the trouble of making an appointment! During our communications, Mr. Potts represented that the truck was in great condition, had a "super nice interior," and that despite prior accidents, "you couldn't even tell" the vehicle had been involved in four minor-to-moderate accidents. The online listing also advertised the vehicle as a "non-smoker vehicle." Based on these representations, I paid a $500 deposit to secure the truck while paperwork was being completed. During the process, I became uncomfortable with requests to send additional funds without signed paperwork or clear shipping arrangements, so I decided to personally inspect the truck before completing the purchase. I traveled from Columbus, Ohio to Nashville, Tennessee to inspect the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the truck, significant dents and scratches on the right side of the vehicle, and a large gash in the sidewall of one tire. These defects were not disclosed prior to my trip and directly contradicted the representations made to me. After confronting the dealership about these issues, I was initially told my deposit would be refunded if I chose not to purchase the truck. However, after declining to proceed with the purchase due to the undisclosed defects and lack of trust in the dealership, the dealership refused to return my $500 deposit. This place is shady and I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you're a mechanic.
