Initially, I was frustrated because it felt like the GM was aware of a major windshield crack and hadn't disclosed it. However, after speaking further, it became clear it was just a genuine internal communication error. The GM thought he had been told there was a scratch on the dash and didn't realize the extent of the actual issue. Where the scratch was located made the mixup understandable. Once the confusion was cleared up, Randy and the team at Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro really stepped up. They apologized for the oversight, gave me a visa gift card for my trouble with no strings attached, and went to work to make the deal right in hopes we could work together after the rocky start. They managed to beat a competing finance offer I had, securing me a better interest rate and a shorter term. They also replaced the windshield with a brand-new, warrantied one and included GAP and a two-year warranty. Throughout the entire process, Isaac was phenomenal. Zero pressure, high integrity, and a great advocate for me as a buyer. While the start was a bit bumpy, the way management handled the resolution proved they actually care about their customers and their reputation. I'm walking away with the exact car I wanted and a deal that actually makes sense. Highly recommend asking for Isaac and doing business with Nelson Mazda!

Not only did he fix all 3 issues, the speakers, the tire, and replaced the battery, but he also had someone drive almost an hour to pick up the loaner he lent us. This is huge since we have a newborn baby in the house, so making a 2 hour round trip anywhere is tough. Couldn't recommend this dealership and especially Randy any higher than 5 out of 5, I'd say 10 out of 5! We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don't work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn't fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end.

I took the vehicle back so they can look at it. When I say they provided me sign a loaner until I get mh vehicle back. They have kept in contact with daily with the process of my vehicle. Long story short, they called ms and stated my vehicle was ready. The advisor advise me that they have fix my chief complaint plus they have put four new tires on, they have change my oil, transmission fluids, done the entire inspection. I am so grateful that these people at Carmax have helped me out a lot. They took so much stressed off of me. I would most definitely recommend CARMAX to anyone as they care for customers.     I had a car with 25 miles on the odometer shipped from a CarMax in Texas to Tennessee on a car…read morehauler when it arrived at my location nearly 2 weeks after I had paid to ship it. , there was 140 miles showing on the odometer. I test drove and purchased the car after going over it to check everything out. when the car was brought around to the front of the store it was dripping water from a car wash they put it through and then I noticed that it had been damaged on the passenger side bumper. The person there who came out from service said the car wash had done this before ( Making me wonder why they were still using it ) . They contacted me 4 days later and said that they were going to take care of the damage. Then after receiving the estimate tried to claim the damage was reported on the sales disclaimer although it was not that large and was on the driver side hood area , opposite side of the damage now on it. Have contacted insurance company and they will repair and then have attorneys contact the company. Everyone in CarMax will lie straight to your face ab what is going on with your vehicle at any part of the process. went to the store after receiving an email about the damage and no one there knew who the person was although the email stated he was a manager at this location.

    As a member of USAA, I turned to their Auto Circle program to look for a new car recently. I found a number of cars to look at went to dealers to look after work every night for a week, with no luck at any Nashville dealer I tried. I had found 6 vehicles at International Cars in Murfreesboro that I wanted to see, so they were my first stop when I had a full day off on Saturday. Hala didn't flinch when I showed her a list of 6 cars I wanted to see, but simply got the keys for all of them for me and gave me a magnetic license plate so I could move it from car to car when I was ready to test drive. She gave me plenty of time to look each car over, make notes, and test drive them but was always available when I needed something. I am better able to look and make a decision without someone hovering or giving me a sales pitch, so I very much appreciated the space and patience. I was there for hours, and ended up test driving 8 cars - some of them twice after my boyfriend met me there to take a look at my favorites. Hala, her husband, and the rest of the team were helpful without hovering, and were able to answer any question we had about the cars. I finally settled on one I wanted to buy that day, but pointed out 3 things that needed to be fixed, which they took care of before Hala and I could even finish the paperwork on the loan and sale. I had already been pre-approved for a car loan with USAA, and Hala dialed their number from my office phone and waited while I finished the loan process, providing any information I needed for that loan. She also waited while I worked with USAA to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle, and made sure I had everything I needed to drive home in that new car the same day I bought it. The entire team at International Cars was helpful but not pushy and I felt very welcome. Their cars are nice and every one I tested drove well. I would definitely visit this dealer again the next time I need to buy a vehicle.

    It was such a pleasure dealing with Mark from Easy Auto. Mark was straight forward with me when…read morebuying my car and kept his word every step of the way. Mark contacted me on a Wednesday afternoon with a fair offer and by Friday afternoon I had cash in hand. He explained the buying process upfront and did not waste my time. I could tell he was paying attention to how his decisions impacted every step of the process and he treated the transaction as if his reputation depended upon it. He was careful to look the car over closely to identify any surprises that could impact the next owner of the car. I could tell he wanted me to come back as a solid repeat customer but not at the expense of his existing customers. Looking back, I should have skipped trying to sell on a public message board and took my car directly to him. In fact, his offer was better than others that I'd received and he was prepared to execute immediately. I'll end with this thought. You can advertise your car all day looking looking to hit the lottery, but nine times out of ten you will wind up getting the fair price that the market brings. Do yourself a favor, skip all the trouble and frustrations associated with selling on the public message boards and just go to Mark at Easy Auto. He is in tune with the market which means you will get the right price for your car and the person after you will get the same. Thanks, Mark. I wish I'd have ran into you sooner!
