Tour guide was outside waiting for arrivals for our time slot. Guided us on where to proceed. Was a very fun and comical experience. Lots going on in the plant so try to soak it all in! The only thing I'd like to add is the tour guides could go a little slower as they say it takes about 1 to 1.5 hrs to complete (in a guided cart) as they go faster in some areas than others. Unfortunately, like most assembly plants, photos aren't allowed.

I was under great emotional stress--helping my best friend through cancer--when I purchased my 2021 Nissan Altima at night. Mo, the sales rep, assured me it was in mint condition. The next morning, I discovered dents, scratches, no floor mats, and a cracked front license plate holder that made it impossible to properly attach my plates. Mr. Melendez, the finance manager, told me I had 30 days to cancel the extended warranty but failed to disclose that canceling wouldn't reduce my monthly payment. I emailed him with my concerns and received no response. After escalating to Nissan USA, I was sent right back to the dealership, where Marisela, the OLM's response was cold and unhelpful--with zero resolution. I've been a loyal Nissan customer for over 20 years. After this experience, I will never buy another Nissan--and I strongly advise others to avoid Glendale Nissan.
