That was the only way to recover any of the money I had already spent. I also test‑drove a Kia Sorento on their lot that had obvious front‑end problems. This raises major concerns about the quality of the vehicles they are putting up for sale. It genuinely feels like they are placing unsafe or defective cars on the lot and leaving customers to deal with the consequences. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and the lack of accountability shown. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and will be sharing my experience to warn others.
