This 5-star review is for our salesman, Carl Dassinger. In April of 2023, we reached out to Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for a quote on a special order F-350. Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. If you are looking to place a special order on a Ford, you could not do better than do do it through Carl Dassinger at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Thank you Carl!

Another Car Dealer waisting your time. Used Cars here are priced as high or higher than some of the comparable New Cars, this makes no practical sense, except to have you & your time already so invested in the car and dealership they have you ready to submit to anything. You would think that someone could sell more cars if they just would be straight forward and give you the prices of the cars they want to sell. As the price of cars I was shopping came down, so did the value of my trade-in, not happy with these practices and not buying it, at least not here.

    Drivers front tire - trashed.

I paid to have an alignment done on my truck in addition to "The Works" package.... 6,100 miles later and now I need to buy new front tires. The guy didn't even call me to approve the service - he told me it was like $149 or $199 but they just "got it done for me" and only charged me $49. Thanks bud, your $100 discount just cost me $650 in tires. I have only, ever, purchased and driven Ford's - and it has absolutely nothing to do with this dealership.

The sales person and manager assured us that they would be able to get the car we wanted(which was located at another dealership) and all they had to do was swap it for another similar one on their lot. We sat through 3+ hours worth of paperwork, put a thousand dollar good faith payment down(which they immediately processed) and then they shook our hands congratulating us on our new Honda! We assumed that the deal was secure? They said they would be in touch soon to set up the date for us to come pick up our new Honda. Every day we reached out to get an update or eta of when we could pick it up. Every day they didn't have an update. On the fifth day the manager finally reaches out with a phone call, saying oops, the other dealership sold it out from under them. Oh well! He was flippant and unapologetic on the phone. He also said that there were no other vehicles that fit that description of what we wanted located in Tennessee. I got off the phone immediately googled what I wanted and lo and behold found the exact vehicle located in Knoxville, TN at Rusty Wallace Honda. Long story short we cancelled our deal with Music City Honda, drove over 2.5 hours to Rusty Wallace the next day and that evening we had our new car. The associates and managers with Rusty Wallace were professional, helpful, communicative and very apologetic for the process that we had to go through(which is a lot more than I can say for Music City Honda) Beware when looking for your new or used Honda and shop around! We absolutely DO NOT recommend Music City Honda.

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.

I drove an hour and a half to one on my only day off in two weeks, who had run my credit and knew exactly what I wanted. I came to buy a car unseen. It was scheduled to arrive the first week of Sept. But the salesperson never gave me numbers (payment & interest rate) and tried to put me in a vehicle they already had. Considering my time crunch, it wasn't a good idea. He kept saying "it takes 3 hours to buy a car". This process felt more like a break up from an abusive person than buying a new car. So I left without purchasing anything. Two days later Wilson county motors called to say they just got the car I wanted in. (I was on their list). I explained my troubles before and asked if they could accommodate a busy person. Absolutely! They ran my credit, prepared my car, took a down payment on the phone and made me an appt for two days later to finish up. They had me in and out in less than an hour! I think all car buying should be this easy. Some times we just need people to listen. I should also add that the other two dealerships had marked the car up $8000-$10,000 more than Wilson county motors. We will be back and refer all of our friends! Everyone was wonderful ! However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.

I specifically requested to speak with the technician so I could show them the issue and the error message directly. I was told that wasn't possible. I then provided a clear photo of the error message. Despite this, when I picked the car up, the message was still on the screen--unchanged. Nothing had been fixed. I tried again with a different vehicle for a completely unrelated issue, hoping it was just a one-off, but the same level of incompetence showed up all over again. The sales team doesn't seem to understand the order of their own process, and everything requires multiple follow-ups just to get basic information. Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.
