I will make this as brief as possible: Bought a BMW Mini in August 2022 for my 16 year old daughter. It was smoking, which I expressed concern about. The manager, Corey Willis, told me it was because all of the fluids had been changed and it was "burning off excess". Admittedly, I am not a car person, and he offered to sell us a warranty for $1500 that would cover any trouble we had, so we signed. Purchasing process was SUPER EASY and fast! Great, right? We paid $3,500 cash down payment and financed the rest through their recommended credit union. The car kept smoking BADLY. They took it to THEIR MECHANIC and they "fixed" it after having it a full week. Started smoking within a day of picking it up. Took it back to THEIR MECHANIC and they "fixed it" after having it a few weeks. Started smoking within an hour of picking it up. At this point we took it to a third party mechanic, who asked us how long ago we had bought it (at this point it was just under a month), and he asked "can you take it back?? This thing has so many codes on it I wouldn't even know where to start!" We went back to Car Hunters and Corey spoke to the mechanic himself. I mentioned the warranty we got and he made the remark that we didn't want to make a claim so early because they would "know it was pre-existing". To his credit, after some talking and my request, he did agree to let us trade the car for something different which I know he didn't HAVE to do. We finally decided on a 2008 Honda Accord that they got in with low-ish mileage (just under 70K). Test drove it, seemed okay, so we agreed to take it. The dealership agreed to replace the wheel bearings as they were bad, so we got the car around 2 weeks after we purchased it. At this point it had been 2 months since the first purchase (during which time we had been sharing one car). Within two weeks my daughter had gotten stranded on the side of the interstate because the fuel gauge was broken and showed a half tank of gas when it was actually empty, and the car was leaking fluids all over our driveway like crazy. I went back and after weeks and weeks I finally asked Corey to just buy the car back, and thankfully he agreed. To summarize what happened next - he never paid the loan until I harassed him for months to get it done. He wouldn't refund my down payment which he claimed was "in the financing". I told him I walked in and gave him $3,500 in cash and money from financing, so I should leave with no loan and $3,500 in cash. He insisted he "wasn't trying to screw me" and that it was in the financing. He reluctantly wrote me a check for $1,500 but would not give me the other $2,000. Eventually I took him to small claims court (this was a YEAR after this started), we had to come for a second hearing because the judge told him as an LLC he had to have a lawyer. He didnt bother showing up for the second hearing and the judge issued an order for him to return my $2,000 plus $500 for court costs and the payments I had made on the loans while he was stalling. I sent him a message weeks after the hearing asking if he would like to mail the check or for me to pick it up, and got this scathing response from him. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I was so disappointed as I do like to support local business, but this Sales Manager clearly has questionable ethics and to respond to me over text in this manner (especially with untrue and unfounded allegations about my personal life??) was entirely uncalled for. I begged him for a year to return my down payment to no avail so I went through the proper channels with all of my evidence showing my effort and our communications to have it decided by a third party. That third party decided I was in the right, and that should be the end of it. BE FOREWARNED if you decide to do business here!

    Very rude sales manager

Very rude sales manager . Very unprofessional behavior . Cars listed way too high. They also tried to sell me a car that had a rebuilt title. Luckily I caught it or they would of tried to sell a defective car.

Told me a car was available. Drove to Nashville from GA just for them to drop communication and sell it without saying a word.

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.

My initial experiences with them started out favorably- I needed a radiator replaced on my truck…read moreand they had it done in about a week. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

If you're going to schedule customers, you should actually be prepared to help them when they show up. Instead, I left frustrated, inconvenienced, and feeling like my time didn't matter at all. I don't write business updates often, as it usually takes a special or terrible experience for me…read moreto do so. But this time, I'm happy to share that it's been a positive experience. Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.

I've given this dealership more than enough chances, and every visit has been a reminder of why I…read moreshould have stopped going after the first one. Their staff consistently shows a lack of competence, and the sales manager was outright rude and dismissive. It's honestly shocking how disorganized and slow their entire process is. On the service side, they even caused damage to one of my vehicles that later had to be repaired -- something that should never happen. I tried again with a different vehicle for a completely unrelated issue, hoping it was just a one-off, but the same level of incompetence showed up all over again. The sales team doesn't seem to understand the order of their own process, and everything requires multiple follow-ups just to get basic information. After several interactions, it's clear this dealership has major systemic issues. I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether. Save yourself the frustration and take the extra drive to another Chevy dealership that actually knows what it's doing.

I'm beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed with the level of service I've received…read more I brought my vehicle in because it displayed a persistent error message on the infotainment screen stating it needed to be serviced and brought to the dealer. This isn't just cosmetic--the vehicle is currently unable to receive critical OTA updates, including important safety updates, because the download and install process is stuck and requires a reset by the dealer to restart. I specifically requested to speak with the technician so I could show them the issue and the error message directly. I was told that wasn't possible. I then provided a clear photo of the error message. Despite this, when I picked the car up, the message was still on the screen--unchanged. Nothing had been fixed. When I immediately pointed this out to the service team, I was casually told to just drive the vehicle and the message would go away. That's not a solution--that's dismissive. It's been three days and a few hundred miles later, and the same error continues to appear, exactly as before. This tells me one thing: the issue was never actually addressed, and yet you handed the car back to me as if it were resolved. That's unacceptable. I brought the car in for a known and documented problem that is affecting system functionality, and you knowingly returned it to me in the exact same broken state. This is a complete failure of service, communication, and accountability--and it needs to be rectified immediately.
