Honestly pissed with this place. I feel like I was screwed over. We bought a 2009 Chevy Traverse 3 years ago so its been a while but I just needed to warn people how we got screwed over so it doesnt happend to them too. The moment we drove it off the lot it became a lemon and they did little to help aside from a few repairs that did nothing. The check engine light came on a mile after we drove it off the lot. The air bag light wouldnt turn off. The electrical components for the windows dont work. They said they would fix the car but nothing was ever resolved. We've actually had to PAY THEM for the catalytic converter to be fixed only for it to still crap out on us and need to be replaced again and of course the check engine light returned 2 weeks later. Also after our first repair, all of the tires had nails in them. We brought it up but they said that the tires already had nails in them. They didnt. We had the catalytic converter replaced again after that but the check engine light still came on until eventually a year after purchasing the vehicle gave up and the engine blew out. Any timevafter that we called to try to have the car replaced, repaired or refunded, they blew me off and said they wouldn't do that. They told me to let the warranty company deal with any repair costs. (The daimond warranty the sell barely does anything). When asked for a refund they said to let the buyers group handle it. We're stuck paying off this car now because they cant be bothered to properly check the vehicles they sell. This is poor customer service and a lemon lot and I would recommend everyone avoid this place. We couldn't even get our tags renewed because again they sold us a crappy car with a check engine light since day one. There wasn't one when we test drove it but 2 miles from the lot after we bought it and it turned on right away. This place sells lemons. Now we're stuck still making payments on a vehicle we dont own anymore while paying off a new one. Stay away from Car Logic Group. I'll warn everyone everytime I find a place to review because they screwed my family over. read more

We brought a 2013 Jetta the first week of June 2020. JC was super nice and seemed helpful but as others have said that ends after you drive off the lot. My husband drove it less than 15 minutes and heard a hortible rattling from the sunroof. I was following him and he called me and I immediately called JC at the lot. I informed him about it and told him that we were unable to turn around because of an appointment and also my husband having to be at work in another state in just a few hours. He assured me that once we looked into it and let him know what was going on that Of course we'll take care of it. When we arrived home in Kentucky my husband and another gentleman here in the neighborhood looked at it together and realize that the sunroof had issues out of our league and I let him know this appeared possibly complex requiring a part that appeared broke. We spoke with JC again. And my husband agreed that he would bring it over there so they could look at it together and identity the part or parts needed and make sure that the right part got ordered and get it scheduled to be repaired. This is where the story takes a twist. When the part arrived to the car lot we were told that they would send it to us with the title and we could arrange repairs. In other words they flipped on the original agreement to pay for the repairs. The manger or owner said you buy as is. Its a 2013 Jetta with supposedly only 35,000 miles on it. We took them a nice check and paid for the car and all fees in full. They did not have to do anything to sell us this car such as arranging financing or anything. The owner of the lot, well He was extremely rude to me when we attempted to get the repairs JC had assured us they would be responsible for taken care of, and even told me when I pointed out they had not been truthful to us, he said I was being slanderous towards him! Which frankly felt like a bullying tactic to me. I would not buy a tricycle from this company. You spend what we did and drive it 15 minutes the sunroof repairs should have been on them and JC agreed absolutely until they flipped. Get EVERYTHING FROM THEM DOCUMENTED. We have 4 automobiles in our driveway and I have NEVER had a issue in our 49 years of buying autos until now. I only give them one star for their smooth lines/ talk. That takes talent. read more

The salesman was extremely helpful and available until after I bought the car. 40 days after I bought the car the alternator went out... meaning it was bad when they sold me the car. The salesman and owner are now playing ping pong as to how to fix my car, in which I've only made 1 payment on. Beware.... they will be nice until you purchase your vehicle...I bought my car on October 5, 2018 and I've also not recieved my license plate for the vehicle.... very poor business, stick with local dealers read more

I would recommend this car lot to anyone I know.Jim rocks because when I called he knew exactly who I was and what kind of car I had and was also able to work around my work schedule and was immediately able to fix my car.ALL of the employees there were very helpful and welcoming to me when I came to get my car worked on. Tony and J.C were so awesome as J.C held the door open for me and my children and Tony already had the tv on cartoons when we went in the waiting area. They fixed my car for $430 and saved me the $2000 meineke charged me and they also gave me a lifetime warranty on my parts. They had a great selection of cars and very reasonable prices as well as great quality cars and they also gave me a very great deal on the repair of my radiator which kept an extra $400 in my pocket after it was my fault that my radiator was damaged. I also liked that they dont pressure you into car purchasing but they just wanted you to feel comfortable and try to find the best car that fits you and your budget. While I was there alot of satisfied customers came in and out and they were very friendly and genuine with all of them as they were with me. There was even a customer that said she was rolling by and stopped in to say thanks for all they've done for her in helping her find a nice car. This will be the only car lot I will be going to and have been going to and once again am grateful to know such genuine people. read more

I bought a BMW from Car Logic group and after about 3 weeks the engine started stalling out on me. I contacted the company, telling them that I had a shop look at it and discovered that the oil filter collapsed in the housing, meaning they lied to me when they said they did the routine maintenance, which usually involved an oil change ( which clearly wasn't done). After replacing some solenoids that I called and asked them about beforehand and they neglected to tell me they had already replaced them prior to me purchasing the car, my engine continued to stall. Turns out, if those solenoids don't fix the problem, it's an engine issue and it has to be replaced. So not only did they not tell me the sensors had Been replaced when I called and asked if they were covered under my 3rd party warranty, but when I called to tell them I had a $10,000 job on this car they sold me not even a month later they basically told me I was out of luck and they weren't willing to help any even though they knew the solenoids had been replaced and weren't the problem with the car shuttering. We stopped by the dealership on our way thru town & found the staff very helpful & knowledgeable about the vehicles. There were about 4-5 other ppl that had stopped in while we were there also, picking up the vehicles they had already purchased. Everyone was smiling & happy and was very business professional in their conduct. If I were in the market to purchase another used vehicle, I would definitely purchase one from this dealership.
