You can't email them, or message about it, you have to call this particular person. I called him and he was arrogant and rude. I inquired about seeing the vehicle and test driving it. The first thing he mentions is how we have to come to a deal before I can even test drive the car. I refused and he gave me some other bs lines. This is apparently one guy who wants to be in control of everything and not an actual dealership. I could have just bought the car out, but am not agreeing to buy a vehicle until I look it over and drive it. I don't recommend this place to anyone, specifically because of the rude owner.

We discussed the price & he offered to look into a couple of his lenders. After some looking, he said he found one who was agreeably. Great!! I offered to call but he said they were gone for the day. He also said he'd gotten lots of calls about the car because it was new on his lot. I'm sure this was probably true so I had no problem Venmoing him $500 until we determined if this loan was going to be something I could live with. He also agreed to take cash in 2 payments about a week apart. More than once he mentioned he was glad I was paying all cash because that's what he preferred. Fast forward 2 days- I had thought about having a payment for $3k and decided I didn't want that plus I had no idea what the terms were so I called and offered $1900 less but all cash. He was having none of it, shamed me for essentially taking money from him & when I said ok just Venmo my money back, he told me it was non refundable. Um, nope, that was never discussed, this was in good faith on both of our parts. I emailed once with no different response then disputed it on Venmo. Today, I was given my money back!! About 2 weeks later.

It seemed to be a decent little car until the catalytic converter bit the dust 7 months later, as you know the catalytic converter is one of the most expensive things that can go wrong with an automobile. The mechanic explained that the cars exhaust was rigged and welded in a way that was so shotty it was set up to cause this damage. Either County Line didn't inspect the car before selling it or just didn't care. My husband called these people at County Line and of course they didn't offer to fix or even pay for part of the repair, but they did agree to give our son a break and move the next two payments to the end of the loan and resume his payments of 150$ the next billing cycle. We helped to pay the balance of the repair a 800$on a 5000$ car( thank God we had it). But today County Line stuck it to him again and took three hundred out of our son's account, causing an overdraft fee. County Line's response?..... Well that's what we had written down. Bottom line, if you are out of your mind desperate to go there, take a mechanic with you. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

Honestly pissed with this place. I feel like I was screwed over. The moment we drove it off the lot it became a lemon and they did little to help aside from a few repairs that did nothing. The check engine light came on a mile after we drove it off the lot. The air bag light wouldnt turn off. The electrical components for the windows dont work. They said they would fix the car but nothing was ever resolved. We've actually had to PAY THEM for the catalytic converter to be fixed only for it to still crap out on us and need to be replaced again and of course the check engine light returned 2 weeks later. Also after our first repair, all of the tires had nails in them. We brought it up but they said that the tires already had nails in them. They didnt. We had the catalytic converter replaced again after that but the check engine light still came on until eventually a year after purchasing the vehicle gave up and the engine blew out. Any timevafter that we called to try to have the car replaced, repaired or refunded, they blew me off and said they wouldn't do that. They told me to let the warranty company deal with any repair costs. (The daimond warranty the sell barely does anything). When asked for a refund they said to let the buyers group handle it. We're stuck paying off this car now because they cant be bothered to properly check the vehicles they sell. This is poor customer service and a lemon lot and I would recommend everyone avoid this place. We couldn't even get our tags renewed because again they sold us a crappy car with a check engine light since day one. There wasn't one when we test drove it but 2 miles from the lot after we bought it and it turned on right away. This place sells lemons. Now we're stuck still making payments on a vehicle we dont own anymore while paying off a new one. Stay away from Car Logic Group. I'll warn everyone everytime I find a place to review because they screwed my family over.
