I did not forget about his willingness to help, and his kindness. In 2016 when my Mom in Law needed a new vehicle, I recommended she go to Wilson Co Motors to take a look. (we live in Murfreesboro). My wife and I went with her, and I was impressed with the low pressure sales experience. Not personally having a car payment for the last several years has been great, but my wife and I were in a situation where we needed a newer, dependable vehicle. Don't get me wrong, both our 99 Silverado with 256,000 miles and our Equinox with 202,000 miles are still going strong! I contacted Wilson Co. Motors and spoke with Brandon, after a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Traverse caught my eye. He answered many questions via text and phone. My family went the next day to look at this vehicle, and Austin was a great salesman. Certainly there was some negotiating that went on, but it was not this painful haggle over price like I had experienced years ago. I had also done my research and knew what I felt comfortable paying. Once we settled on a price, Belinda was great at explaining the different finance options. We remembered her from two years prior, when my mom in law purchased her car. Everyone we have dealt with at Wilson Co. Motors are kind, professional, and they provide a GREAT experience. I can not say enough good things about this company. I think the 92 years of business within the same family speaks volumes. My profession is a Customer Service Manager, and I can tell you that for every 1 compliment, there are 10 complaints no matter how good a company is, unfortunately. I would honestly drive past 10 dealerships to get to this one!

Their staff consistently shows a lack of competence, and the sales manager was outright rude and dismissive. It's honestly shocking how disorganized and slow their entire process is. On the service side, they even caused damage to one of my vehicles that later had to be repaired -- something that should never happen. I tried again with a different vehicle for a completely unrelated issue, hoping it was just a one-off, but the same level of incompetence showed up all over again. The sales team doesn't seem to understand the order of their own process, and everything requires multiple follow-ups just to get basic information. After several interactions, it's clear this dealership has major systemic issues. I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether. Save yourself the frustration and take the extra drive to another Chevy dealership that actually knows what it's doing.

DuPont Registry Exchange offered us the BEST price for our vehicle and we also had it listed on a few other sites with no luck. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

A bit worried I don't have any friendlies near Nashville that could stop by and "put eyes on it", I called and spoke to Eddie and from that moment on I couldn't have been happier with my decision to buy the car. Every detail he told me about the car was correct, up to the minor scrapes on the inside of the front passenger wheel well which for me weren't even worth knowing about. Eddie was always available to me, answering every question I asked him and even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to buy the car. Lots of people who sell cars out there, but the ones you can trust implicitly and with 100% confidence are few and far between. Even on my ride home when it started to rain and I noticed an issue with the wiper blades (and was planning to address it myself), I get a call from Eddie checking in on my progress with my drive across country, and before I could say a word he told me he remembered he didn't get to the wiper blades, it was his bad and told me to stop anywhere and get it addressed and he would PayPal me the money. If you need a car, get it from Eddie. These guys are the absolute best!

I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and the problems hit almost immediately. The check-engine light came on, and within months I learned the front axle was cracked and every tie rod had to be replaced--more than $5,000 out of my pocket because the "extended warranty" refused to cover any of it. A few months later, the oil pump failed, then the transmission failed. Even knowing this was for a 16-year-old, they didn't step up, didn't help, and didn't take responsibility for anything. Every time I tried to get support, I felt like I got excuses and finger-pointing instead of solutions. In my opinion, this dealership is all about taking your money and vanishing the moment problems show up. Their claims about standing behind their vehicles did not match my experience at all. As for our trade in, they never paid it off even after three months due to some ignorant mistakes on their part, again only being resolved after I called over and over pressuring them to get this done. Every answer I got felt like a lie or excuse and suddenly was resolved by the end of the business day when I dropped the friendly and forgiving demeanor. My credit score went down due to having two active car loans and my reimbursement from my previous lender for the difference in the current payoff and payoff check will not include THREE WHOLE MONTHS of accrued interest. I had to jump through hoops not to be fined by the state for not insuring a car I didn't have and I had to call and hold their hands through every step of this trade in. Vehicle: 2008 Lexus LS 460 L 4dr Sedan Prior to purchasing the vehicle the car fax was provided to me and I asked validating questions about vehicle directly to Jamie. Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.
