These guys simply do not give up on a car repair. I even asked if they wanted me to post this…read morereview because I was afraid it might draw too much business or set expectations too high. In short, my car is a rare vehicle. It is a 2018 Buick Regal TourX Essence Sportwagon. I needed two parts - a low pressure AC hose and an engine cooling fan. Corporate repair chains and the dealer refused to touch the repair because not only do they not have the parts, there is no part number listed. Without the $500 fan, basically, they were saying the car is a total loss and needs to be scrapped. William at Auto Collection was tenacious in finding these parts. He never gave up. Since they basically repair street legal race cars and are not part of a corporation, they can do what ever is necessary - and they did. They tried everything just short of making the parts themselves. It is not necessary to go into those details, but I have my car back repaired at a reasonable price. My next stop if they could not get the car running would be to take it to a local auto museum that builds replica cars. William was always honest, upfront and told me his next attempt. Yes, this was a long drawn out process, but my car is not undergoing a crusher or off to KarsForKids.com. There were some issues finishing the job. But they made immediate good on them, obviously did not charge me and in comparison to what they did accomplish, I'll take it. These issues might have been enough for others to really roast them on Yelp!, but I took things in perspective.. Oh, BTW. While I was there, a driver showed up to take one of their high end used cars back to New Jersey. Stop by and just walk through the lot. It is like a car show..

I began communicating with TJ Potts of Absolute Auto Center regarding the purchase of a 2013 Ford…read moreF-150. During our communications, Mr. Potts represented that the truck was in great condition, had a "super nice interior," and that despite prior accidents, "you couldn't even tell" the vehicle had been involved in four minor-to-moderate accidents. The online listing also advertised the vehicle as a "non-smoker vehicle." Based on these representations, I paid a $500 deposit to secure the truck while paperwork was being completed. During the process, I became uncomfortable with requests to send additional funds without signed paperwork or clear shipping arrangements, so I decided to personally inspect the truck before completing the purchase. I traveled from Columbus, Ohio to Nashville, Tennessee to inspect the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the truck, significant dents and scratches on the right side of the vehicle, and a large gash in the sidewall of one tire. These defects were not disclosed prior to my trip and directly contradicted the representations made to me. After confronting the dealership about these issues, I was initially told my deposit would be refunded if I chose not to purchase the truck. However, after declining to proceed with the purchase due to the undisclosed defects and lack of trust in the dealership, the dealership refused to return my $500 deposit. This place is shady and I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you're a mechanic.

Immediately after purchase, I encountered multiple problems. The key fob had a dead battery, and the TPMS light was illuminated due to tire-related issues. These concerns were apparent before I even had time to familiarize myself with the vehicle--there was a non-matching spare tire stored in the trunk, and the vehicle did not include a jack. In addition, within two days, a further issue arose with the backup sensors. I contacted the dealership regarding this matter, and the problem was acknowledged only after the fact. The interior also had an obvious odor of dog, and the vehicle was delivered with approximately two-thirds of a tank of gas. I also found the sales process, particularly the conduct of the salesman (TJ), to be unprofessional. Despite my credit union verifying the transaction and providing payment that was mailed the next day, the salesman's attitude made the process feel reluctant and discourteous. Overall, the dealership provided poor service and left me responsible for addressing problems that should have been corrected or disclosed prior to purchase.

There are good salespeople, there are great salespeople, and then there's Brianna Cobb…read more I walked into the dealership with a very specific list of needs, a budget to stay within, and a lot of uncertainty about what vehicle would truly be the best fit for my family. Brianna never once tried to push me toward something that was easier to sell or simply "good enough." Instead, she made it her mission to find the right vehicle. No matter how many questions I asked or how many options we explored, she refused to give up until we found the perfect match. What impressed me even more than her knowledge and determination was the way she treated me as a person. She took the time to get to know me, understand my family's needs, our upcoming move, our priorities, and what mattered most to us. Every recommendation she made was thoughtful and based on what was genuinely in our best interest, not on making a sale. Throughout the entire process, Brianna was incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, honest, and responsive. She anticipated questions before I even had to ask them, followed through on every promise she made, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. It's rare to meet someone who combines exceptional professionalism with such genuine care for the people they serve. Because of Brianna's hard work, I went with a 2024 Honda Passport TrailSport, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have complete confidence that it's the perfect vehicle for my family's next chapter, and that's because Brianna never accepted anything less than finding the best fit for us. If you're shopping at this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Brianna Cobb. You'll get someone who genuinely listens, works tirelessly on your behalf, treats you with respect, and makes you feel like your family matters as much to her as it does to you. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into one I'll genuinely remember for all the right reasons. Thank you, Brianna. Your dedication, compassion, and relentless commitment to your customers are truly exceptional. You didn't just earn a sale--you earned a customer for life.
