Throughly dissatisfied…read more I booked an 11am appointment to avoiding spending hours here waiting. I showed up at 11:02 and waited over 15 minutes in line before anyone was able to even begin to speak to me. This was pretty typical the entire time I was here, a very slow moving line. When it was finally my turn, I explained the issue to my technician Ian who told me that not only could my tire not be repaired but I now needed 4 new tires and an alignment, which may have been true but it smelled like an a very clear upsell. He then told me they didn't have my tires in stock but then showed me several other options that were double the price if not more. I only learned this when I asked to see the original tire I had. At this point, I told him I had an appointment at Costco later and wanted to look online with them before I committed and he had a tantrum. Very clear he was mad about the sale. He kept my keys and then never came back. I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes and it took so long that I sat down. When I finally got called back up I learned I WAS NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN. It's 11:45 at this point. I let them know I only wanted to fix what needed to fixed to drive my car today and that I was going to do the rest of the work elsewhere. At this point I've been here for 50 minutes and nothing has happened. Further, to have a male tech likely try and take advantage of me because I'm a girl is genuinely disappointing and disgusting. Tire repair is never this exhausting at Costco and I'm upset that I thought I could go elsewhere. This experience was so genuinely unprofessional and for a big box brand like this, they really should be ashamed. Shoutout to Ramon, the second technician I worked with. He had to go talk to his coworker to figure out what was going on. Interesting enough when they looked tires up again the $68 option was gone and then the next option was $74. Ramon honored the $68 price which was kind and offered to make sure my car was take care of asap since I mentioned I had been here for nearly an hour to not even have my car checked in. Safe to say I will not be back.

We picked up a nasty little souvenir while driving to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville…read more Thinking it may have been a nail, I changed out the punctured tire for the spare, and headed to The Tire Barn - 1331 Dickerson Pike, Nashville , TN 37207 (615) 227-3390 - to see if they could patch the wounded Bridgestone. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andre who immediately took the tire into the shop and got to work. With the stock tire off of the wheel, he determined that the culprit had left too large of a hole to be safely patched, (see the photos) and offered to sell us a used, but perfectly acceptable, used tire of matching size and quality. I agreed, Andre made it happen, installed the "new-used" tire, and replaced the spare to its storage under the car. $87.00 later and I was back on the road. This level of customer service doesn't exist too much in many businesses these days. I am truly grateful to have found the Tire Barn, and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing to get back on the road, feeling that you have been treated honestly and fairly. Thank you Tire Barn! Thank you Andre!

It was before Memorial Day and they would be closed until Tuesday because of the holiday so they were busy. Still they fit me in! I heard Paul speaking with customers while I was in the waiting room. He gave them realistic expectations on wait times and sounded fair about what costs might be expected. One person clearly asked to be fit in sooner and he said "hey drop it off and I will figure out a way to get it in." When they came out, they gave me my keys and said it was a screw in the tire - no charge. So this is my repayment! Thank you Mcduffee tire for taking care of me!

I quickly googled auto repair places that were open and would have Saturday hours because I was supposed to drive home by noon on Monday. Tire Discounters fit both of those criteria and *bonus* was within walking distance of my hotel. I called and asked if they could do a quick safety check. They were polite and said absolutely. It's a good thing I went. Front and rear brakes, calipers, and rotors as well as the outer tie-rods and sway bar links had all decided to go at the same time. Armando - the store manager- was kind and showed me the damage. And bless him, they had to go all over Nashville to source the parts and get them put on my car in time for me to leave exactly when I needed to. They went above and beyond, for sure, and helped me save as much money as I could on such an extensive, unexpected repair. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

BEWARE!! I don't…read moreusually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. Do yourself a favor--skip this place. To the owner: No, I will not be filling out anything for support, and I do not wish to be contacted further. I'd simply suggest doing better--especially when it comes to who is handling customers' vehicles. Having inexperienced 16-year-olds with no upper body strength operating power tools on luxury cars is unacceptable. You may also want to consider bringing back the previous managers, because the current ones are doing a terrible job. On December 15, 2025, I brought my car in for what should have been a routine tire service. I have a staggered rim setup and have been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years--bringing both my previous and current Mercedes in twice a year (spending roughly $2,000 every 6 months). I have had a staggered set up for the past ten years so this wasn't new to me. I've also purchased multiple rims from this location at approximately $1,600 per rim. During the service, an employee pulled me into the bay to inform me that my wheel lock had broken while they were working on the vehicle. When I personally inspected my car, I discovered something much worse--my rim had been damaged around every wheel bolt section, not just where the lock broke. Every single lug area showed damage, and to make matters worse they just all looked at one another when I pointed out the damage. I am extremely particular about my vehicle. My rims had zero prior damage--not even curb rash. In addition, they initially expected me to keep the newly mounted tires on and drive 25 minutes to Mercedes to have the wheel locks removed. I refused and had them remove the tires immediately, because why would I drive with my back tires on 10 and fronts on 4? Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager, Roderick, to file a damage claim. He was nowhere to be found until I insisted an employee get him. When he finally documented the claim, he did not even inspect my vehicle. Later, he attempted to dismiss my concerns over the phone by gaslighting me and telling me he walked around the vehicle with me. When I took my vehicle to Mercedes, they cleaned and inspected the rims and confirmed that 3 out of 4 wheels had identical damage. The only wheel unaffected was the front driver side--because it had not yet been worked on. I reported all of this to their claims department, Fleet Response. Despite clear evidence, they initially refused to include the additional damaged wheels in the claim. This process dragged on for four months, with constant back-and-forth. Around month two, they finally agreed to review the rear wheels--but still denied responsibility. I provided: * Documentation from my Mercedes service advisor (Franklin location) * Confirmation that Mercedes does not refinish wheel with such damage * Official documentation from Mercedes corporate stating that this type of damage is unsafe to refinish. After all of that, their resolution? A $600 offer for a $5,800 damage. They also suggested I take my vehicle to a random wheel repair shop for evaluation. As a customer who only allows Mercedes and Discount Tire to service my vehicle, that suggestion was unacceptable especially after I provided not 1 BUT TWO DOCUMENTATIONS. I suggested back that I would let the store order my rims for me and me just bring back the car and that was denied. I was allowing them to redeem themselves literally.
