Always a pleasure working with Discount Tire! My dad was a huge fan and they will match any deal for tires advertised online or elsewhere. Super friendly, professional and responsive. I like to schedule an appointment and I am in and out of the shop quickly! I'll be a lifetime customer with them :) read more

Throughly dissatisfied. I booked an 11am appointment to avoiding spending hours here waiting. I showed up at 11:02 and waited over 15 minutes in line before anyone was able to even begin to speak to me. This was pretty typical the entire time I was here, a very slow moving line. When it was finally my turn, I explained the issue to my technician Ian who told me that not only could my tire not be repaired but I now needed 4 new tires and an alignment, which may have been true but it smelled like an a very clear upsell. He then told me they didn't have my tires in stock but then showed me several other options that were double the price if not more. I only learned this when I asked to see the original tire I had. At this point, I told him I had an appointment at Costco later and wanted to look online with them before I committed and he had a tantrum. Very clear he was mad about the sale. He kept my keys and then never came back. I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes and it took so long that I sat down. When I finally got called back up I learned I WAS NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN. It's 11:45 at this point. I let them know I only wanted to fix what needed to fixed to drive my car today and that I was going to do the rest of the work elsewhere. At this point I've been here for 50 minutes and nothing has happened. Further, to have a male tech likely try and take advantage of me because I'm a girl is genuinely disappointing and disgusting. Tire repair is never this exhausting at Costco and I'm upset that I thought I could go elsewhere. This experience was so genuinely unprofessional and for a big box brand like this, they really should be ashamed. Shoutout to Ramon, the second technician I worked with. He had to go talk to his coworker to figure out what was going on. Interesting enough when they looked tires up again the $68 option was gone and then the next option was $74. Ramon honored the $68 price which was kind and offered to make sure my car was take care of asap since I mentioned I had been here for nearly an hour to not even have my car checked in. Safe to say I will not be back. read more

Called on a Monday morning about a tire replacement. They had to order it from another local location and said it would arrive later that day. I went ahead and made an appointment for the next day at 1:45pm. Show up for my appointment and the tire isn't here!! No call or update to not come in, instead I'm risking driving around unnecessarily on a spare tire. So they order the tire again and say they will call me as soon as it's in and I could just come in and wouldn't have to wait. The next day rolls around about 10am and no call so I call myself and of course the tires there and no one told me. They say I have to make an appointment which I arrive 15 minutes early to. Over an hour later and I'm still sitting here. This location is purely unprofessional and doesn't respect customers time. Get it together!! The link doesn't work chandler!! read more

Everything went well. The customer service was extraordinary! We needed four new tires as soon as possible at 5:30 pm. They stayed until my husband was back in his car, driving home. Incredible value, and incredible employees! read more

Had a flat on Sunday morning, got an appointment that morning for Monday afternoon. Staff was super professional and helpful, answered any questions I had. Even as a college freshman girl on my own, I felt super confident that they knew what they were doing and that I was in good hands (not trying to take advantage of me for a "lack of knowledge on cars.") Trust me, I've been to places like that. This place was not one of them. Repair and installation took about an hour and every person I interacted with was very professional and helpful. For people looking for flat repair they were amazing, and college families in general worried about if their student can go by themselves here for a repair without getting taken advantage of, yes, they can. Could not recommend them more. Yes, they are busy so it looks like they're understaffed, but they had a 100 cars to work on in the parking lot and literally had like- 20 for dropped off while I was waiting, and every single bay had at least 2 people working in it. Some patience goes a long way and they will get it done. read more

Alex (assuming a manager) jumped through hoops to get me taken care of in a tight window of time I had, to fix a bolt and screw in my tire. He saved me previous time in my day AND saved me from a whole addition trip in the future. These guys were amazing and I am grateful! read more

Walked in, Waited patiently in a line, was immediately assisted by Christopher, Everyone had exceptional customer service. Came in to have 1 tire aired up, he got all 4, and a button was sticky on my dash so he couldn't clear the flashing light. He then took the time to remove the panel and fix the buttons and the flashing light. All free of charge. Will absolutely go back, was so impressed. read more

I've bought numerous sets of tires had good service, but on my last visit brought a tire that was not on the vehicle here to have it plugged while I waited after about two hours went in to check on it. My tires were low on air and so J looked up a place where they fill your tires for free and this place popped up. You drive into their lot and there is a designated car line for filling up tires like a drive thru. You wait until it's your turn and they ask you what psi to fill your tires to. They are very friendly and greet you with a bright smile. Even though there were so many cars in line for air, when it was my turn, he was still very friendly and warm. I highly recommend going to this place to get air filled for free. Awesome staff. read more

Great service. Set an appointment and got me in and out within 1.5 hours. Only thing is my tire pressure sensors don't work now. They told my the right front was not recording. I highly recommend Discount Tire on Charlotte Pike! The customer service is top tier. We had an appointment at 10:15am. It is 12:10 and we are still waiting. This is after being told it would be about an hour!

**Had to post here as well since this is what comes up on Apple Maps** I genuinely cannot rate this location high enough. Came in for new tires & Aiden went above & beyond to help me out! I forgot to get the other gentleman's name that brought out my car at the end, but everyone I interacted with was polite, explained things clearly, and efficient. The building? Immaculately clean. I genuinely trust this Discount Tire & will be back & will be telling others. Future guests reading this: please make an appointment online. The more efficient we are. I was in town for work when I had a tire blowout on the interstate and was directed to this location because no other shop had my tire in stock. Even with the high volume of customers, the staff remained professional, courteous, and apologized for the delay time and time again. Adrian (the representative who helped me, I believe) took the time to walk me through several tire options and explain the differences so I could make an informed choice. Being in an unfamiliar area and already stressed about the whole situation, I really appreciated how considerate he was. The total wait was about four hours, but I was grateful to receive same-day service - especially with the amount of foot traffic they were handling. Plus- their waiting room is perfect for using a laptop to finish some work- which is what I did! I left feeling well taken care of and have absolutely no complaints. read more

Had a great experience here, I bought some new wheels somewhere else and came here for a quote on some tires. I ended up working with Kris, he gave me a great price on some all terrains, I also need new sensors and gave me a great price on those as well. So I purchased the tires, sensors which also have a 6 year warranty and bought lug nuts from him as well. I had an appointment for 4:15pm but I had my truck in at 3pm and it was taken in sooner. They had me in and out of there in about an hour. Very happy with the service from Kris and everyone at Discount Tire. read more

I had a nail in my tire and figured it was time for new tires anyway, since I drive all over for work. I went when they first opened and while there's always a group waiting for them to open, they are very quick and courteous. I paid for two Tires, Certificates, and installation up-front, they said, come back in the morning. At 11 AM, I waited, the guy went outside to look at my tires, and I see him go in my glove box, then going through my trunk opening everything without even speaking to me first. I came to find he was looking for the wheel lock key, that they did not have. He told me I would have to drive 25 miles to the BMW Dealership to get them removed. When I got back to Discount Tire at 2 PM, I waited again for them to tell me it will take another 90 minutes. read more

Phenomenal service. My wife's tire was unexpectedly low today. Took it in for a free of charge check when they noticed a nail in the tire. It was towards the end of the work day; however, when Jordon heard that my wife was scheduled for an induction (to give birth) tonight, he got me in to have the tire fixed that day. Fast, affordable and decent service. Good warranty programs if you're interested in committing to them.

While traveling from Tennessee to Ohio, I learned that my tire was flat. Luckily, I was less than 40 mins from discount tire. Several different tire places did not have my specific tire in stock. However, discount tire did! Upon arrival, I soon learned that this place was BUSY! Their team member assessed all of my tires and proposed options (including alternative - cheaper- tire brand options). I decided to replace both of my front tires. The service was great! They were informative, patient, and treated very customer with respect and good customer service. Because I was "walk-in", I had to wait for a couple of hours. No worries- ended up ubering to check out the shopping scene. As an FYI- they do take appointments. One thing I thought was unique, was that although they "close" at 5pm- they made a commitment to service each and every car that was in line to be completed for the day. My car was completed shortly after closing. Very good place with great service. And if you're interested in working there, they are hiring! read more

sigh. I got my tires from discount tire so I always come here for tire related issues. My tires are less than 2 years old and I always have leaks. I've had two great experiences here. They stay busy but continue to provide great customer service in a timely fashion.

From making the appointment to getting tires installed, this location has been nothing but the best. I got a brand new set of tires purchased and installed today, but let's start this review last October. My low tire indicator light popped on in my car and they graciously fit me in between paying customers to fill the air in the low tire. Checked all others and charged nothing. Could not have been more helpful or kind to a gal who is terrible with cars. Fast forward. Because they were so kind and attentive, when I needed new tires, they were the first place I called! I wanted a set I found on their website but they didn't have in stock. They special ordered them to the store for me and let them wait a few weeks until I could get in for my appointment. Got there this morning about 30 minutes early. Stepped inside to let them know and first... every single employee was wearing a mask. THANK YOU. Not the case in most businesses in Nashville at the moment, even though there is a city ordinance for it. I felt very safe there. They were awesome! Quick and kind, got me all checked in and had me in the bay getting serviced 20 minutes before my actual appointment time! I was able to sit in my vehicle while they did it and watch. The gentleman replacing my tires communicated with me throughout the process letting me know what was happening. I cannot give this particular location enough kudos. When in need of anything tire related, look here first. read more

Took my car to have a tire checked, and the people were very professional and helpful. The tire had two nails in it, one of which necessitated a new tire. Made a big mistake coming here. Last week, I got a nail in my tire and I came in to get it plugged an hour after because I was leaving for a 10 hour drive later in the day. Dropped off my car at 11:30am and the online portal said it would be ready at 3:18pm. I asked the guy helping me if that time was wrong, how much later would it be after that. He said an hour so I left assuming my car would be ready on time as I had expressed I was going on a road trip. At 3:09pm, I called because the tracker had said my car was still not being worked on and they said it would be an hour at the very maximum. So I showed up at 4:15 and had to wait in the line that was going out the door until I finally spoke with someone who said it would be ready "soon." I had to ask for a specific time frame as it was already way later than they quoted and he said 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned to 40 and I finally left at 5:30. But in that time waiting, I was told they broke the arm for the rear windshield wiper when they went to replace it. They explained they would order the part and to come back after my trip and they would install it. So I left with no rear windshield wiper in the complete dark, even though I had planned to leave before 4. Next morning I wake up and the same tire is deflated and I took it to a shop in the town I was in and they fixed it efficiently and treated my time with respect. When I got back, I called to make an appointment since I did not want a repeat of my experience but was told one was not needed as they could just fix it quickly from the parking lot. So today, I went back in to get my wiper replaced and guess what, I had to wait 40 minutes until the guy went to put it on and it only took 1 minute. I will never be back and would not recommend going there unless you really like waiting. read more
