I called on a Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday to bring in my car at 9AM. I brought it in on Friday at 8:30 AM and they had my car ready to go by 9:45! You have got to be kidding me. They put some junk on my wife's telluride, felt square and sounded like old mud tires! We had the alignment done again at another shop thinking that might be the problem.... It was off thanks to poor workmanship from tire discounters. My wife went back in to complain at about 20k miles ( 80k warranty tires) and they said they would put some different tires on for about half price. She asked if she needed to schedule and the manager said "no just bring it in". So she did. 9:30 am Monday may 13. They didn't even pull the car into the shop until after 2:30 pm! I was told they'd get me right in for a new tire and a rotation. I get there and I wait almost 2 hours before they even put my car in a bay.

I'd had pretty good experiences at this Rivergate location in the past, but now I'm afraid to go back. On the last oil change they said at first there was a scheduling mistake and I would need to come back. Then suddenly they were able to squeeze me in and finished so quickly that it was surprising. I learned a couple of days later at Costco that TD hadn't inflated my tires but said they did. A small thing, but it made me squeamish and I wonder what else wasn't done. read more

I have used tire discounters for years with no problems until now. The tire lug nuts were overtightened, most likely from an impact driver and not using a torque wrench. The bolts sheared off, and the tire came off the car while driving! Yes, I have pictures. read more

For a tire store balancing and rotating are the most basic bread and butter. Took my truck in for just that. Left it two hours. They balanced the tires and put them back without rotation. Waited another hour to correct that, the it shook so bad it was almost undriveable. Back again for rebalancing. They rebalanced them AND ROTATED THEM AGAIN! Putting the tires back in the same sequence they were in when I first came in! Waited another hour to rotate them back. Never going back. read more

Well if you have 3 hours to wait for your truck to get the tires rotated, feel free to make an appt. Oh and if you have a nail in your tire, they will fix a different tire than the one with the nail in it. Might be the worst store I've been to in a long time. read more

Took way too long, employees were slacking off, pulled my vehicle out and when I asked if they checked the alignment, took another 10 min to figure out if they did. They didn't so had to pull it back in and took another 30 min. Sensors weren't on and they said theyd reset after driving over 35, and they didn't. He held to his word that he gave me on the phone and expedited my service to hold to that. But what really stood out was his amazing attitude. Ken is a man that truly knows how to deal with people and make them feel welcomed and important as they are dealing with what is usually an annoying time for us all (getting work done on our car). She got me right in and recommended replacing or repairing the tire. I appreciated her honesty and replaced the tire. Also, my brakes were metal on metal. Came in for an oil change and alignment check, and was very pleased with the services rendered as well as the candor of the mechanic I spoke with about other service they recommended. The price for the oil change was great and included tire rotation. The alignment check was free, too. He didn't try to sell me on anything he recommended to be done, but simply explained why he thought it should be. I will definitely be coming back for future service. read more

I've been here three times in the last year, once to get tires, once when I thought I had a flat, and finally when my brakes needed replaced. When I bought my tires they never tried pushing a more expensive tire on me they told me all my options and gave me two tires they recommended. They aired up my tire for free and informed me that cold weather will drop air pressure. Finally they had me in and out in two hours from the time I called til they were done to replace my brakes and rotors. read more

So this location changed all four of tires and I guess it was the old batch of tire because my tires are brown not black. When I asked if the tires looked brown to them they said they "looked ok". In addition to that, my tire sensory went out on the drive home. I called them to ask if they knew why and they said sometimes they go out. I then told them they just worked on that tire and they said they would charge me over $100 to change the sensor. Customer service is terrible, with the attitude of "it's not my problem". If you are looking for a chance to spend ur money n never hear back then this is a great place, I got all 4 brand new tires and they couldn't do an alignment that day, which is fine I completely understand not having a tech to do it, so I was told is get a certificate saying I could come back n they would take care of it no charge which is great I also really appreciated that. However the skip the shop people forgot about me and never delivered my truck to me and when I called they wanted to make me wait longer which I couldn't do so Nathan kindly had a mechanic drive it over, well when I got home my sensor for only 1 of the tires wasn't acting right but it was later when I noticed so I called the next day 6 or 7 different times of the day and no ANSWER other than the 2 times they picked up and out me on hold for 12 or 15 mins without even saying hello or please hold. So I called again and once again was ignored. I had enough so I called corporate. THEY DONT EVEN RING it immediately sends u to an answering service to leave a voice-mail which I of course left, but did I get a call back.....NOPE. I work in customer service and have for years so I can understand stuff happening, but if u don't communicate with the customer how can they understand anything..... VERY disappointing and I won't be returning. I'm sure the company I work for (they use tire discounters too) would be VERY interested in knowing this so they too can take their business out as well. read more

I had and appointment and I was in and out within the hour. Their service is professional and sales rep was really nice when he greeted me. They rotated my tires and did an oil change and balance. My Fiat is running like a new born baby. Smooth and quite. I w take my car anywhere else. I drive from Mt Juliet to the Madison location because these gentlemen know how to deliver service with a smile .
