1 star. Do not bring your vehicle here -- especially if it's new. We brought in our 2026 vehicle (only a couple months old) for a windshield replacement and had one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever encountered. First, they overcharged us on our deductible and it took three weeks to get our own money back. Three weeks. The repair itself took two weeks-- for a windshield. Why? Because apparently finding glass to put in the car was our problem to solve. We had to personally track down the windshield ourselves just to keep the job moving. The communication was non-existent and dishonest. A manager explicitly promised to call us back by end of day. When we followed up the next day, they denied ever saying it. That's not a miscommunication -- that's a lie. Perhaps most infuriating: the shop called our insurance company and actually said, 'Why would we want to repair the roof scratches? You won't even see it.' This is a brand new car. That attitude has no place in a collision repair shop. And then there's this: my wife was in the building when the regional manager walked by and asked how her day was going. She told him honestly that it would be a lot better if she weren't there. He turned and walked away. No follow-up. No concern. Nothing. This shop failed at every level -- billing, communication, workmanship standards, and basic human decency.
