Took my Jaguar here twice. Oops. And my IS-300 a few years ago. Very happy with the repair. Locally owned. Highly recommend.

I want to thank the NEW MANAGEMENT for not only listening but addressing a wrong. They made it…read more100% right. GO HERE!! Prior to new management, I had an awful experience. I had hit a deer in the early Spring of 2024. I had issues not only with non-existent communication and the worst customer service, but excessive delays, unending excuses, and poor workmanship. I had to keep bringing it back as the bumper kept popping. The entire process took over 10 months and my bumper was still not right. I finally gave up and walked away without even an apology for the 10 month wait, swearing I would never go back. Then my hood paint job started to peel. I honestly did not think that when I went back to express my dissatisfaction that I would be heard, or that the issues would be addressed. Fast forward to early Fall of 2025. Robbie, the new manager came out to look at my car. He saw right away that it was wrong. He promised to fix the bumper, repaint the hood and even replace the foggy headlight. Not only that, but I needed a loaner car which was provided at zero cost to me. The work was done quickly and properly. The service desk staff were congenial and helpful. I can't say enough about the polar opposite experience. I would definitely return for future needs now. Robbie and his crew are a huge improvement.

Had a terrible experience here. I got my car back and the work they did was horrible( missed dents,…read moremisaligned hood, fisheyes in the paint), when i asked them to fix it they told me it wasnt their problem and i would have to deal with it. I had to get my insurance company to force them to fix it and they sent it to the shop in columbia to fix it correctly. This whole ordeal lasted almost 2.5 months. I will never use this company again.

I love that they're partnered with the nearby Enterprise so that you can be shuffled to pick up your rental car, and then return the rental to Maaco and they handle getting it back to Enterprise. How convenient is that?!? After getting slammed into by a young driver, I looked for approved locations through my insurance company to handle my repairs, and saw the incredibly positive reviews for this location of Maaco. I was a little skeptical because it's in such a sketchy neighborhood- but that's literally the only negative. My vehicle was handled with care, completed in 2 weeks, and over that time I received 4 phone calls just to give me status updates. FOUR!!!! I really felt cared for and like my business was appreciated. God forbid I get in another accident, I would not hesitate bringing my car back here. It looks better than new! Great job guys!

I paid for my car to be repaired at the bodyshop after the insurance totaled the vehicle in…read moreFebruary 2026. The initial service was excellent, but it went down hill after the heavy rains this May and my headlight bulbs blow because rain got in the headlight. I called the shop and told them. They said bring it back so they can look at the headlight. When I came back a few days later yo find out what caused that problem. They told be the headlight was damaged after the repair, but I kept telling the manager Mike that doesn't make sense because nothing else around the headlight was damaged. So, he said well I will waive the cost of labor. So, I asked them to give me a quote and we started talking about the price of a new verse old headlight and one of the receptionist stated that headlight is $1600 new. I figured it was high that is the reason why yall are trying to get out of replacing the headlight. I located a picture about 30 minutes after leaving the shop that showed the scuff at the time the car was originally dropped off. I called the manager Mike and texted him a pucture of the light and he stated I see the orginal damage but we are not covering it. So, I called driven brand the national chain for Maaco and spoke with a customer service rep the next day and she called the location to see if something could be worked out. They told her the headlight was already damaged. I asked her did they inform her why they put on a damaged headlight. She said they stated the insurance total out the vehicle. I informed her what does that have to do with the headlight. I personally paid to have the car repaired. She stated she will follow up with the repair shop and they should be given me a call. I never received a call. So, I filed a complaint with BBB and this time they responded to the BBB stating I declined to have the headlight repaired. Now this would be third lie they have stated about the headlight. So, I responded letting the BBB know this is the first I've heard about me declining the headlight being repaired, because if that was not true. If that was the case why did they not stated that when I called them in May stating the headlight has water and also how come the manager Mike didn't tell me that when he was telling me the damaged was caused after repair. Noone told me I declined a headlight repair but that is the reason they provided BBB. I would have never declined the headlight being replaced. Especially since the car was by deceased husband car and I would approve any repair needed on the vehicle. That is the reason why I kept the car. I decided to have another shop repair the light, because I believe they do not operater with integrity. I asked the new body shop could they tell what caused the damage. They brought the headlight from the back and stated it suffered a great impact along the back of the headlight. The headlight had a bracket broken off and a big crack. To me it appeared that someone drop the headlight and put it back. Hoping I would not figure out it was damaged for a while, but the rains revealed the damage within 60 days of the repair. I don't appreciate them being unethical and lying on me about I what I declined. I didn't decline any services.
