Being pretty new to the area I called Brian from Hook Em' Up Towing for a quick jump to get me to a spot where I could buy and replace the battery. Brian got there right on time, jumped the battery, and offered some solid advice and equipment I might want to consider getting for battery repair. Lo and behold, my air on a tire was so low that on the way to Autozone my tire blows out. I head to the nearest gas station, call Brian back to help with a tire change and he (thankfully) has an open schedule. He gets there, jacks my car up, takes the tire off, and notices my spare has a minor leak. He heads into the gas station, picks up some sealant, and adds it to the spare before getting it on the car. After filling all the tires again, he jumps the battery one more time and I'm on my way. If you are in Nashville and need some roadside assistance, you can't do better than Hook Em' Up Towing. Great family-based service at a reasonable price.

They are a slimy shady business that will do whatever they can for a cheap buck. They towed my car from the parking spot that I'm registered and pay for because my tags were only 3 months expired. Mind you they are not even contracted by my complex. They admitted to driving around at night looking for reasons to tow people. When my apartment complex called to have my car released without charge they refused. They told me I could come pick my car up at 4:30 and didn't show up until 6:10. They tried to have me sign the release papers before even taking my car off the lift... sketchy. Wonder why they only accept cash payment? Weird. I also found it odd that my car wasn't in a lott. It was the only car in the driveway that looked like someone house. RED FLAGS all over. I've held on to this review for over a year because I don't trust them not to do something with my car out of spite (yes, they are that shady). But they are back at it again at my complex. I will state again that they are NOT contracted by my property. SHADY business.

My in-laws who live locally let me drive their 2025 cx50 hybrid and I knew I had to have one. I walked in to the dealership on a random Tuesday and Drake greeted myself and my husband and happily agreed to show us the inventory and go over pricing. We were in a time crunch the first day stopping in so I searched the inventory online for the white exterior I wanted, and when it didn't pop up, I texted Drake who said he could do a dealer trade for the specific colorway I wanted. As soon as I said I was interested in proceeding, Drake went to work for me. The very next morning he texted me that my car was ready for me to pickup! It must have been fate because that was my birthday! Tate helped us close the deal because Drake's shift ended earlier than I was able to get there, but ultimately I was able to drive my new car home on my birthday. I noticed a warped all weather mat on the back seat at the time of purchase and was assured that it could be molded straight. When I got it home however, it was clear that something under the mat was uneven because it folded/warped each time the seat back was placed upright again. I took it in and despite me and my husband initially making bit of a scene, Baylor helped us get the underlying problem fixed and had his team reshape the mat so it looks brand new again. Thanks to the team at Nelson Mazda. I couldn't love my new car more.

I have had the worst experience with Gary Force Acura. I was sold a certified piece of junk by a…read morepretty rude saleman, I should have taken that as a warning but my car is beautiful so I just dealt with him. I have had my MDX less than a year and have drove it to Gary Force Acura (which is an hour one way) 5 times for issues with it! Each time I worked with Luis. Each time he greets us as if we've never met. I'm not sure if he has memory issues or just doesn't listen but each time I had to remind him why I was there, when I was coming back, and what he had already told me over the phone. It took 3 visits to finally get them to actually repair my steering wheel column. Each time they only "oiled" it. Finally on the 3rd visit there they replaced it, but They tried to charge me $1400, and didn't even attempt to use warranty. I refused to pay before them trying the warranty because the steering column was an issue during the test drive and I was promised it would be replaced. They ended up finally using my warranty to cover that expense. During those 3 visits I also complained about my faulty brakes- never replaced. The 4th visit was due to my faulty and road hazard transmission, and unsafe faulty brakes. When I was making this appointment Luis informed me it would be $200 for a diagnostic fee. I asked "so if you don't find or fix the issues I still have to pay that?" He responded in the likes of "I'm sure we will find something" They've now had my vehicle for a week, put several miles on it and cannot "duplicate" the issue I have explained. They "oiled" the brakes. Seems like that is their go to fix all, let's just oil everything and charge them hundreds!! They missed an active oil leak, I had to literally tell them about it after my car had already been there several days. They wanted to charge an astronomical amount for an oil change to find the leak. You'd think after it being there for a week they'd notice that already. So now I'm expected to pay over $200 for NOTHING!! Oh wait, actually I'm paying over $200 for them to "OIL" my brakes!! Makes you wonder if they're just holding off for my warranty to run out in 10k miles??? Long story short, Unless you want to be flipped over $20,000 in a piece of junk car that is still under warranty but the dealership won't repair anything... AVOID GARY FORCE ACURA!! To add to it, when I picked up my car on 10/10/26 my windshield was cracked! Luis asked if I wanted a loaner again, I said no because I had now driven 6 hours in 1.5 weeks back and forth to them and Luis wouldn't reimburse my gas so he told me that they would call me that next Monday 10/12/26 to get my windshield replaced in my hometown. It was confirmed, that Darrell Waldrip Subaru was going to charge me for work that wasn't required. The other shop only charged $895.58 to fix everything. BEWARE OF A SCAM I have paperwork to prove the above. I will avoid taking my vehicle back to this place at all cost (literally speaking!) I didn't trust dealership services before, definitely don't trust them now!
