I had hit a deer in the early Spring of 2024. I had issues not only with non-existent communication and the worst customer service, but excessive delays, unending excuses, and poor workmanship. I had to keep bringing it back as the bumper kept popping. The entire process took over 10 months and my bumper was still not right. I finally gave up and walked away without even an apology for the 10 month wait, swearing I would never go back. Then my hood paint job started to peel. I honestly did not think that when I went back to express my dissatisfaction that I would be heard, or that the issues would be addressed. Fast forward to early Fall of 2025. Robbie, the new manager came out to look at my car. He saw right away that it was wrong. He promised to fix the bumper, repaint the hood and even replace the foggy headlight. Not only that, but I needed a loaner car which was provided at zero cost to me. The work was done quickly and properly. The service desk staff were congenial and helpful. I can't say enough about the polar opposite experience. I would definitely return for future needs now. Robbie and his crew are a huge improvement.

I had to get my insurance company to force them to fix it and they sent it to the shop in columbia to fix it correctly. This whole ordeal lasted almost 2.5 months. I will never use this company again.

I immediately drove it to Varden's for a repair estimate. Not only were they quick to check the damage to my car, but they are a select provider for vehicles insured by State Farm and Farm Bureau. Using either of those insurances to cover the cost of the repairs puts you at the head of the line and repairs start immediately. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The star for value was not verified. I don't know what the expected cost of this repair should have been. This is the first accident I've had to have repaired in several weeks. Thank you to the Varden family for excellent work and service.

A week later, I got a new car and my air pressure indicator light went off and the same gentleman put air in my tires. I know these were not major issues, but as someone who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated that he didn't say I needed new tires or make up that I had a nail in my tire and needed to replace it. He was honest and helpful and that says a lot about his integrity. I will definitely come back when I have another issue!

From oil change to brake change, tire rotation or blown gasket- I have always been pleased with the communication and services here. I have met many staff members, and each interaction was met with clear communication and understanding. I once went in to get my brakes changed (they were squeaking) and instead they let me know that the brakes were dirty, cleaned them for me, and did not charge me for a brake change. The squeaking was fixed, my vehicle safely brakes; they are honest and followed up with me to ask if I would still like the service after some driving. I appreciated that reassurance, and that they allowed me to make my own decision about the vehicle without applying pressure. I recommend this shop to any of my friends or family needing auto assistance while in Nashville. Don't be put off by the small shop- they are knowledgeable and will honest with you (a rare experience in this line of work). Their prices are honest and fair. I have had at least three of my vehicles serviced here, and I will continue to prioritize this auto mechanic shop over any other options in Nashville.
