Really really good people here. The best Customer Service I've ever gotten in a car repair shop. I…read moredeal with Michael tire and Louisville and they are very good so that says a lot. We broke down on the side of the road on Easter night stayed at a hotel. They referred them and it went very well. They got me in assured me they'd get me fixed on the road tonight. They did just that, but we're very professional kind and asked about my experience with the car a couple of times. They found all the things that they would address with the car but no pressure. I took three of the four suggestions. I would highly recommend them.

1 Star - Disgusting Experience…read more I am absolutely furious over how Honest-1 treated my elderly parents. Just weeks before this, their car was in this shop for a full checkup. Suddenly, when a warning light came on, Honest-1 claimed the transmission was failing and quoted them OVER $8,000 for a manufactured or new transmission -- using fear, urgency, and worst-case language to push the repair. That alone is alarming. What's worse? We took the car to Honda for a second opinion, and Honda's master technician thoroughly inspected EVERYTHING. The verdict: The transmission is NOT failing No rebuild. No replacement. No catastrophic damage. The real issue was a stuck A-line pressure solenoid valve, a relatively minor repair. Honda fixed the actual problem, replaced fluids, ran full diagnostics, and the total cost was UNDER $1,000. So let me be very clear: After a recent "full checkup," Honest-1 either completely misdiagnosed the vehicle or grossly exaggerated the issue and attempted to sell my elderly parents an $8,000+ repair they absolutely did not need. In my opinion, this was predatory. Targeting seniors with scare tactics and inflated diagnoses is unacceptable. We will never return. We didn't argue. We didn't debate. We simply took the keys and left -- and that should speak volumes. If you have elderly parents or anyone vulnerable in your life, DO NOT trust this shop without getting a second opinion. Integrity matters, and Honest-1 showed us they have none.

I had called him one day and asked him to keep an eye out for a car for my daughter, gave him my wishlist and price range, and three days later he texted me saying one had just been traded in and he was holding it for me to come test drive. I couldn't believe how thoughtful he was to remember us! The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and his team was just as patient, helpful, and kind. At this point, I'll only be buying my cars from Reed and the team at Darrell Waltrip. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I took the car there. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the issues and gave me both the upside and the downside to the required repairs. By the next day, I had a fully operational vehicle that had been properly repaired and at a cost that I was very comfortable with. The service is excellent. I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!
