BUYER BEWARE! These guys replaced the windshield on my Lexus and everything seemed fine. But the next day when I got inside the car for the first time I saw they left grease stains on one side and grease and torn fabric on the other (see photos). I called "E" and he said he'd have the owner call me, but I never heard back from anyone. This company is careless and doesn't stand behind their work. The retainer tape was to stay on for 24 hrs after the wiindshield replacement. after 24 hrs we removed the tape and it peeled the paint off of the roof of our Honda CRV. In addition, the windshield whistles when going down the interstate. When I contacted them to tell them of the disaster, I was told that Honda has poor paint on their vehicles and they were not at fault. read more

Very nice guys. They also helped me find someone to replace a door handle and console lid within the day. Less expensive than safelite, brought a quality identical windshield, cleaned up after themselves, and did what they could with Ford's crappily designed disintegrating gaskets. The proof is in the pudding, however, as they say, so I won't know its rain integrity or install quality for a few more days. If there are no updates to this review, we can assume they did a beautiful job and I would most definitely recommend them to others. read more

Giving two stars because they did take the time to try to fix the issue. Otherwise, would I recommend or use this company again? No. For $360 I have the loudest driving experience, with what sounds like air coming from my windshield. It does not leak, but it is loud. It's as if my windows are rolled down and I can barely hear myself think. The molding around the windshield is not seated properly, and after reading about window installations, this part of the project is what separates the novice from the professional. They came back and tried to get it installed properly, but because they "might break the glass" they stopped short of success. For that reason, I would advise you to somewhere else. read more

Came to our house and replaced cracked windshield. We were told to wait 24 hrs before removing blue tape. After 24 hrs, we peeled the tape. It took the paint off with it! Not only that, the window was whistling. I texted and told them of both issues. They offered to refund my money and fix the whistle. I told them they needed to also pay for the damages to the paint. They said no that it was a Honda paint issue. "Hondas have bad paint". They came back and attempted to fix the whistle. We asked to see the roll of tape they used and inside the roll it clearly shows it is not for use on lacquer finishes. He worked on the window again. It still whistled afterwards. I contacted them again and they told me they would get back with me in a few days to repair it. I also told them we accept the offer of refunding our money. They said that they will no longer honor that offer. They have yet to contact us to repair the whistle. The new paint job is estimated to be $1400 for the damage they caused and the windshield still whistles. What a nightmare this place is! read more

I had my truck windshield replaced May 3rd 2022. Since that day, I have had an obnoxiously loud rattle at the top center of the windshield. I've called and text multiple times to get this issue resolved. They come out and try to rig it so the rattle goes away. Has not worked! I asked them to remove the windshield and reinstall to solve the issue. I've had no response to date on solving the problem. All I've asked is what I paid for and nothing more. Now I've made an appointment with safe-lite to have it properly repaired. You'd be better off installing yourself before using this company!! Please beware and go to a reputable company for repairs! We have had two windshields replaced with this company. Our Ford Explorer had the windshield replaced and was 50% cheaper than another company nearby. AAA auto glass was by far the cheapest quote we received. The back windshield of our car then caved in and I contacted the owner, Adam. He responded in less than five minutes and they came to fix the windshield the next morning. They even offered a discount for being a repeat customer. We've had a few issues with some of the molding around our Explorer's windshield and they've been very responsive and helpful in fixing that. They even offered to continue to watch it and return to our house if we've had any more issues. Very quick response time, very affordable, and all the technicians have been very friendly. They charged me 100$ to replace a tiny vent glass window. Was pretty easy to have them come out. But I seen another review where they didn't respond to a person after messing up the inside of their car & I would never go back to them again because that could happen to me and I wouldn't risk that but thankfully they didn't mess up the inside of my car this time.
