I've been neglectful in getting it fixed, but with another road trip only a few days away decided to finally reach out to Jack Morris and see if there was any way they could get me before I leave in 3 days. They called me only an hour after submitting the intake form on their website and scheduled to meet me for the repair at my office the NEXT DAY (SO convenient!) It was a minor repair so I decided to pay out of pocket (89.95) and thought it was super reasonable, particularly since they came to me! I got a call the morning of the repair on when to expect the repair guy and, he actually showed up exactly when he said he would (I have never had a repairman reliably give me a time estimate like that!) We had a good natured chit chat while he fixed the rock chip in about 20 min (fixed a loose part on one of my windshield wipers when he was at it) and now you can't even tell there was ever a chip in the shield to begin with! Unbelievable service, so quick efficient, and convenient. I will only use Jack Morris for my glass repairs from now on!

They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.
