Brought my car in for a rock chip on the hood, he said they don't work on Audi's because they can't get parts but no parts are needed to do a paint repair, he also wouldn't even be bothered to give me a recommendation to someone else, very weird experience. read more

Loved this place! Everyone was very friendly, an estimate happened quickly, and the service was fast. On top of that, as a woman, I am always going into body shops or dealerships with my walls up and game face on, but I didn't feel disrespected or talked down to in the least. Had a great experience at Hazelwood's. Someone hit my brand new 2016 KIA Optima on the right front fender. Brandon gave me a great quote which was anywhere from $200 to $500 less than competitors. Franklin KIA recommended them and I now know why - Great job. My fender was on backorder from KIA due to the fact the car was new, so Brandon had a little extra work involved tracking down the part and staying on them until the part arrived at Hazelwwods. Regarless they got the job done. I was worried about the color not matching becuase car colors nowadays are so different, but they NAILED it. It looks like it was a factory paint job and the have a lifetime guarantee. I would definitley recommend them to anyone that needs bodywork. read more

The only auto body shop that will ever repair my car. These guys are the most sincere, authentic, transparent and honest folks you may ever come across. While they are incredible people, the repair work is just a phenomenal. They stood up to insurance adjusters trying to cut corners and made sure I was taken care of. I would strongly advise against using this shop. I took my truck to them for a small dent. The quote was over $1,900. Before getting this quote, I was going to pay for the repair myself as I thought it would be $500. When I saw this quote, I decided to submit it to my insurance. The insurance company estimated the damage as less than $600. When I contacted Hazelwood, they said they would get more money from the insurance for the repair. About a week later, Hazelwood said they repaired the truck and that the bill was equal to the insurance quote. Since I had a $500 deductible, this meant that I now had my first claim on my insurance for less than a $100. Now, I'm applying for a new policy on a new vehicle and I'm being told that the new policy is going to cost $300 more a year because of the claim against my policy. If Hazelwood had given me a fair quote from the beginning, I would not have had a claim against my policy. Now, because of Hazelwood, I received less than a hundred dollars from my insurance and am going to pay $300 more a year for several years. Furthermore, I felt the repair was just so so. I was in an accident 2 years ago, and Hazelwood's was on my insurance approved list. Went with them and had an excellent experience. Last week I went back to them because I noticed paint peeling on the roof of my car and wanted an estimate for repairing/painting. They gave me an estimate, but also told me to first check with the dealership because they had heard that my car's manufacturer was having possible recalls on paint. Called dealership and sure enough, my color paint has been peeling and they are deciding on whether manufacturer will pay for repainting. Hazelwood's did not have to tell me to call dealership. I knew nothing of it, and it possibly may have cost them money...but it did not cost them future business. Their honesty and integrity have secured a customer for life..and I will tell anyone who will listen to go to them. Top notch company with top notch people. read more

Got rear ended while sitting at a red light. Was able to get a quote from Hazelwoods in as little as 10 minutes. Went home did some research on the price of the parts. Called up Hazelwoods and asked if they gave a discount if you don't go through insurance. They knocked 10 percent off my bill. Had my car looking like new 2 days later and even buffed out some scratches that weren't part of the accident. Love it. Would definitely go back here again. read more
