I had hit a deer in the early Spring of 2024. I had issues not only with non-existent communication and the worst customer service, but excessive delays, unending excuses, and poor workmanship. I had to keep bringing it back as the bumper kept popping. The entire process took over 10 months and my bumper was still not right. I finally gave up and walked away without even an apology for the 10 month wait, swearing I would never go back. Then my hood paint job started to peel. I honestly did not think that when I went back to express my dissatisfaction that I would be heard, or that the issues would be addressed. Fast forward to early Fall of 2025. Robbie, the new manager came out to look at my car. He saw right away that it was wrong. He promised to fix the bumper, repaint the hood and even replace the foggy headlight. Not only that, but I needed a loaner car which was provided at zero cost to me. The work was done quickly and properly. The service desk staff were congenial and helpful. I can't say enough about the polar opposite experience. I would definitely return for future needs now. Robbie and his crew are a huge improvement.
