It had its fair share of dents and scratches that I wanted repaired, and let me tell you, the results were absolutely phenomenal. The truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor--truly brand new! The team went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the paintwork flawless, but they also took the initiative to repair a few items that weren't even on the original list of requested repairs--all without any extra charge! Their attention to detail and pride in their craft really shone through. They delivered the truck on time, as promised, and the cost was very fair for the exceptional quality of work I received. It's rare to find a business these days that combines professionalism, skill, and customer care as well as they do. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to return for any future needs. Cam, the owner, was extremely helpful! If you're looking for a shop that treats your vehicle like their own and provides top-notch service, look no further. This place is the real deal! Thank you for bringing my Silverado back to life--it's never looked better!

I was massively stressed out about it and reached out to at least 6 different places to try to get estimates and figure out how much the damage would cost me to fix. These were both older cars with high mileage, so I really didn't want to have to go through insurance if I could avoid it. I got wildly different estimates from other places, all astronomical for what the damage was even on my dad's suv which had only minor damage, and no one had availability to get in for a fix for at least 3 months, which was rough. On the rec of a co-worker, called Hoffman, who told me to come in immediately and gave me a super reasonable estimate that same day (a Saturday), AND said they could start the repairs on Monday and had already ordered the parts needed. My mind was blown. I was able to get both cars fixed in under a week for under $4k out of pocket, which was nothing short of a miracle to me. They did an exact color paint match to my car and even almost 6 months later, have had no chipping, just absolute perfection in the finish. Hoffman Collision is reasonably priced, reliable, highly communicative, will work on older cars (unlike many other Autobody shops) and has a lifetime paint guarantee. I would come back here anytime (and actually did recently when I had some minor issues with my trunk no longer latching.) Particular shout out to Imran who has now helped me with all three issues I have come in for and really makes sure the job is done right and quickly!

I found this place, and we were a bit concerned when we saw there were very few reviews and nonexistent on google maps. Weirdly enough, when I first looked on Yelp, there was one review, and that one got removed? There are zero reviews currently, and the person I was messaging through the Yelp app said they just started their Yelp page. In any case, I asked a lot of questions through Yelp, and although the responses weren't the warmest, they responded quickly and I kept asking for more information because they were the cheapest for the work I needed. They also sent me some photos on work they've done, although none of them showed paint jobs (or before / afters). One of their responses made me uncomfortable - other shops I asked for the same work said it'd take 2-3 days (and three to four times the price). When the person from Driveway Doctors came to take a look at the car, they said they'd have to do a glaze and a finish - and could do it in one day. We wanted to know how these two layers would dry in one day, and none of the other shops said they could do it in one day. The response I got was: "this is our profession, we have all the tools and equipment we need to get the job done right and with quick turn around". That didn't really answer my question, and I followed up to ask for a clarification - no response. Eventually, I called the number listed on Yelp, no response but a quick text follow-up. I asked to talk to the person who came to look at the car, and we talked on the phone. He was excellent and explained everything, name is Mena. If I hadn't thought of doing this, I likely would've dropped it and gotten the work done elsewhere because the person responding to me on Yelp didn't seem like someone who cared much about customer service. In any case, I'm glad I pushed through because Mena (or Isaac?) did an excellent job. I'm not entirely sure who ended up doing the work, because Mena came to look at the car, and Isaac is the person we ended up paying (my partner went to meet the person both times so I'm unsure who it was). They pick up your car and drive it to a rented place to work on it (or you can drop it off yourself), and they did a great job, can barely tell the car was ever scratched. Turns out the person who worked on it is currently in trade school, but it was solid work - at least for now. Hopefully the materials used are durable and don't start to fade. We're very happy with the work, I just think the customer service aspect can be greatly improved.
