Since…read morethe day I called asking about an estimate to the final drive away from the collision center, they have given Southern Hospitality meaning. Ms. Mary always greets me with a smile and kind attitude. Jeremy has kept me in the loop, weekly, on the status of repairs being made. Mr. Michael blew me away this afternoon with his willingness to get to the root of a problem we noticed when I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon inspection, he noticed that my check engine light was on. He asked if this was on when I brought my vehicle in for initial repair. I stated it was not but assumed it was due to recently frigid temperatures where the car had sat without being driven. Mr. Michael immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. It was found that a sensor just needed to be re-attached and the code cleared. Just to be sure the problem was remedied, he offered to take it for a test drive. When he returned, I learned that the check engine light was gone- problem solved! Mr. Michael offered his warm apologies about the sensor issue but no apology was needed. I was truly taken back by the urgency in which he took towards ensuring that my vehicle was safe to operate, when he certainly didn't have to. In a world of hustle and bustle to "just get things done", I am truly grateful for the kindness I was shown at the Lebanon, Tennessee location, as well as the commitment to customer service. This crew went above and beyond! They not only got the job done but took extra care to ensure that it was done right. I will recommend this location to anyone in need! I had a great experience with this business today. I stopped in on a whim because I have a brand…read morenew car and my elderly father accidentally scratched it in a few places when he was getting in and out of the passenger seat. Naturally this was very disheartening considering that I just bought the car three weeks ago and haven't even made the first payment yet. I was greeted by Jay who understood my frustrations, and he offered to take the car into the shop and buff out the scratches as best he could without having to get into the process of painting, etc. Within a matter of minutes, Jay returned the car to me and I could immediately tell a difference. The surface scratches were completely gone, and all that was left was a couple of thumbnail scratches which were a bit deeper and would require painting to completely make them disappear. He also recommended a cover that I could buy from VW to protect that area from being scratched in the future when people are getting in and out of the vehicle. Needless to say I was much appreciative of the quick service and the noticeable improvement. I hope I don't ever have any serious damage which would require me to return, but if I do I will definitely give my business to Caliber Collision. I got a call on Thursday from the appointments lady saying my appointment was cancelled and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I asked why it was cancelled and she said because she never received authorization from my insurance. I asked why I was getting a call to let me know my appoinment was cancelled but didn't get a call to let me know they were about to cancel so I could get it taken care of. I didn't get a real answer to that question and they made no attempts to help. Within 30 minutes I had my claims rep send over the authorization again and I called back and they said they couldn't help me and I would just have to reschedule. Even my insurance claims rep said at any other place he would have gotten a call. He deals with the repair shops on a daily basis.
