Mr. Michael blew me away this afternoon with his willingness to get to the root of a problem we noticed when I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon inspection, he noticed that my check engine light was on. He asked if this was on when I brought my vehicle in for initial repair. I stated it was not but assumed it was due to recently frigid temperatures where the car had sat without being driven. Mr. Michael immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. It was found that a sensor just needed to be re-attached and the code cleared. Just to be sure the problem was remedied, he offered to take it for a test drive. When he returned, I learned that the check engine light was gone- problem solved! Mr. Michael offered his warm apologies about the sensor issue but no apology was needed. I was truly taken back by the urgency in which he took towards ensuring that my vehicle was safe to operate, when he certainly didn't have to. In a world of hustle and bustle to "just get things done", I am truly grateful for the kindness I was shown at the Lebanon, Tennessee location, as well as the commitment to customer service.
