Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. They exceeded the time required for the repair by two weeks. When I did get my truck back, one rear quarter was painted the wrong color. The other panel on the other side had the right color but had trash in the paint. Around the back glass, they half ass taped the rubber seal around the glass, leaving a clear paint line around the glass. Every time I went to check on my vehicle, I got an uneasy feeling the people there were really not I engaged with what they were there for having seen and employee having an extremely difficult conversation with someone who had a vehicle there and obviously wasn't happy about the outcome of their repair. On top of this, six months after I got my truck back from them, a spot about the size of a silver dollar came up on the hood I had painted, down to bear metal. I had to take it back to them to fix that. I am still driving my Suburban with one rear quarter painted pewter, and one with the right color of silver metallic birch. I was so ready to get my vehicle out of there, I took it like it was. Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Brought my Cadillac in twice this year (unfortunate for me-2 medium fender benders). Did mediocre work, completely overcharged my Insurance Company and took inordinate amount of time for repair. Had to call way too often to get them to do my car both times. Took 33 days for 2nd repair-miscalculated a curb-scraped left front fender and under that part. Charged my Ins Co over 6 thousand dollars!! 1st tine similar incident on back left section, nearly 4 thousand dollars! Apparently driving in the dark in heavy rain is not my forte'. They damaged badly my Display Panel in car, 2 huge breaks on each bottom of panel. Looks like maybe in cleaning they put far too much pressure or used some type of machine to do that. I called Manager Daniel Netherly (sp?) 5 separate times in a extremely professional level asking for assistance. He refused to call me or communicate with me at all. Extremely unprofessional and terribly poor Business tactic. Service advisor "Jamie" rude, unprofessional and accused me of bringing car in like that (I didn't) and lied to Manager. Jamie told me when I picked up car Display Panel was not broken when he drove it earlier then changed his story refusing to back up comment to me. Between the lies, unprofessional handling and mediocre work and ridiculous amount of time as they told me they "forgot" to put my car up on Bay (they only have one!) another car was put up and had to wait longer to do mine. I had to make 4 phone calls to them to extend my rental car another 3 days and pay for those days of which they Finally agreed to do. Terrible Business-Poor Management & Service Advisor, mediocre work & way overpriced! Beware! Sad part: Manager Daniel's voice mail at end says "Have A Blessed Day" Really? I went to Apple collision on a recommendation from a friend. I have read all the reviews and here is my 2 cents worth. I don't know what location the bad reviews came from but I went to the Mt. Juliet location. I dealt with one of the nicest ,most considerate guys you could ask for. Bill Jones got my estimate done and my car in the shop pronto. He kept me apprised of the entire operation throughout the repair. My car had a major deep. scratch from the rear quarter panel all the way to the door handle on the driver side. It also took out the gasoline door. I got my car back today and it was perfect. Paint was beautiful , the repair was perfect. and I'm so, so, pleased. I came in to have a car looked at, I was informed it was totaled. That's fine I don't want to spend that kind of money either. But when asked to report that same sentiment to my credit union they said no. Couldn't make a quick phone call or even send out a quick email stating what they told me to The secondary owners of the vehicle. Not to mention that the estimate they gave me included quite a few parts that very obviously didn't need to be repaired. Save your time and go somewhere else read more

they hire incompetent people who charge you one price and then years later come back and the owner sues you for a different price instead of making said employee pay for their mistakes and it's unbelievable how they think they can keep loyal customers after treating them this way... it's not the customers fault your employees dont pay attention or do their jobs properl! read more

I'm an aircraft inspector and very particular on how things are repaired. I had someone merge on top of me and damage my fender, causing it to hit my door when opening and closing the door. Received an estimate from Apple Collision. Called a couple days later and talked to them to set up a time to drop off and pick up car. Everything was ready and completed on time and to my approval. Fender and door gaps were proper. Paint match was great on my 5 year old vehicle that has spent 3 years in Florida sun. I've dealt with numerous body shops in the past 20 years for different reasons and this is the first time I've accepted a repair the first time. This was the worst experience by far. Our wreck was 9/28 the first time I got my car back was 10/31. And it was NOT complete. My fender didn't line up with my hood or my front bumper, my fog light didn't work, my car was shaking and making a terrible roaring noise, on top of this, my tire was rubbing the washer fluid reservoir, that was never filled and checked. I usually wouldn't complain about something so small BUT we had a 2 week delay because "the manufacturer kept sending the wrong washer fluid reservoir." Per Willie. So I was already on edge about that. They come pick My car up via tow truck, AFTER they sent me home in this, on Halloween, with my kids. They tried to drop it off again 11/16/18 stating that the insurance company (ALLSTATE) will not be paying for a leak, because it was preexisting. I asked where the leak was, and they don't know... So how do YOU know it's preexisting if you don't even know where it's coming from? They brought me my truck 11/19 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE PAYING THE RENTAL BY NOW. So they are trying to get that bill off them. When they brought my truck back, my fog light STILL is not working. I look on the bill, and I'm charged. So I refuse AGAIN. Finally around 4ish they got it right. They tried to dumb talk me because I'm a woman. They got out of finishing their job. Worst experience ever. Beware of these scabs read more
