Steve does an absolutely amazing job! I am completely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Dent Proof! I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles and have an emotional attachment to my cars. So when my the passenger car door of my brand new dream car was hit with the edge of another door, the resulting dent right in the middle of a style-line crease sent me over the edge. I never thought the dent could be removed or thought the factory paint could ever be matched so I was full of disappointment. My brand new car would never be the same. Since I never thought the damage would be 100% repaired with a body shop, I thought I would try paintless paint repair first. I chose Dent Proof because of all the positive reviews, and the fact that Steve owns his own shop with a physical address. Many other paintless dent repair shops will just send a person out, but there may not be a way to contact them if there is a problem. I took my blue 2012 ford escape to have a door ding fixed from where one of my clients took and open the door and hit it, I have my own home cleaning business so this is what I have had trouble with. Mr. Steve didn't hesitate to call me back and have me return to his shop so he could take a look at it. He told me the price and said he could fix it for me. Outstanding experience and repair. Steve does absolutely amazing work. We had a significant dent in our front door where someone had opened their car door and hit it. In addition to the golf ball sized indentation, there was also a longer crease from the edge of their door, along with a fair amount of paint from the other car. Steve made it look like new. A typical body shop would have charged over a thousand dollars and would have had to paint the whole side of the car to get a good paint match. The work was completed in less than a day at a very reasonable price. Steve is a very honest man and he truly cares about doing a great job for the customer. I had a brand new car with major hail damage after purchasing from a dealer in Denver and shipping it across the country. After getting an estimate from another paintless dent repair shop that far exceeded what the insurance adjuster estimated, I went to Dent Proof and met Steve. He carefully inspected the car, then wrote me an estimate that was much closer to the insurance estimate. He did note some damage the insurance adjuster had missed and took care of coordinating with my insurance company to get this included in the final repair. The car was done when Steve told me it would be done and the repair turned out great--it looks like a brand new car again. Steve at Dent Proof in Franklin, TN did an *AMAZING* job on my 2016 RAM 2500. A careless individual had recently swung their door into the side of mine, leaving an ugly dent and crease and of course skipped out without leaving a note. Steve worked his magic on it and about an hour and a half later I honestly can't even tell where the damage was. Not only did he remedy that one but he corrected a small area behind it that was completely unrelated and caused by my own carelessness. Top notch work! I had a dent in the trunk of my car. After emailing in photos for an estimate, Steve actually came to my office to look at it in person, then did a great job of explaining the options to me. He had some time free that afternoon, so he took my car, made the repair, and returned it within a few hours. He again very thoroughly explained what he had done. I dented the front bumper of my 2007 Kia Sedona by bumping a large clay pot in my driveway. The clay pot did not break. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a new bumper. I stopped by Dent Proof to see what Steve could do. He was very truthful that he could not completely make it like new. He did an excellent repair on the bumper. My Ford Maverick was pummeled by hail during a recent storm. The hood, fenders, roof and doors were hit. There were over 50 dents in total. Steve was very honest with me about my options; I needed a bumper replaced for a low cost, and he honored his work by adjusting it when I came back in. I insisted that he work with the bumper I ordered, so the seam is not perfect, but I don't think anyone else could have done nearly as well at making it look almost new, and definitely not for this cost.
