I checked around weeks prior for the size truck I needed & for a good rate. I priced trucks from Ryder Penske & others & Enterprise had the size I wanted along with the best rate by far for daily use and a competitive mileage rate at .59 per mile. I showed up at 9am on the Friday I reserved the rental & the truck was ready to go. The employee went over the lift gate operation & basic features of the truck before i left. I had a 3 day rental but had asked if I returned it early would there be any issue to get the money refunded & was told it would be no problem. I busted my butt & got it returned by 9am on Saturday & they credited me the remaining rental & fees on the spot. Honestly couldn't be easier unless it was closer to where I am. If I have need of a large truck again I'll come back. Staff were friendly & efficient.

I thought my waste gate was…read morestuck open, so I bought a new turbo had Josh & his son at Busted knuckles Diesel Repair put it on for me. They did a great job, pulled out of the parking lot to leave and the problem was even worse so I pulled over they came back And we went over the truck. Come to find out It was the air hose leaking that was coming off of the intake manifold going to the air charge cooler. It's Saturday afternoon all the parts stores are closed. Josh put together an amazing contraption using my old hose and some PVC pipe and was able to get me going. These guys are the best.

I happened to find Busted Knuckles on my phone closeby and called them up to see if they could help me, being after hours. Josh had told me his shop was already closed , but i really needed to get this thing fixed. He told me i could come by his house if i had the part on me and he would help me fix it anyhow. So i went to parts store and picked up what i thought would be right u-joint. But wouldn't you know it, they gave me wrong one at parts store. We didn't know it was wrong until we got old one off and tried to install the one i got from the store. So, in freezing cold windy night weather, Josh said not to worry, that he would drive me up to parts store personally and he'd make sure we got the right one. Well, that's exactly what happened. It was a tricky situation, since the parts store had about 7 u-joints listed for this vehicle. He made sure the old one he took off looked exactly like the new one at parts house. We drove back to his house in his personal car, he and his son put on the u-joint in freezing cold windy weather, and i was on my way again to Ky. I just can't say enough about this guy's willingness to help out a stranger in need, when i needed help ! You are my go- to -guy if ever this situation arises again when i'm in the area my friend!!
