I had a Toyota Sienna that had a rear fender that had become dislodged due to a misaligned gate. At first I took it to Roberts Toyota and they only addressed the rear fender in their estimate and did not work on the underlying problem. I then took it to Cool Springs Collision and they identified everything that could need addressing in an estimate to where I could see the worst case scenario. They then completed the repair to where it could open and close properly as well as not leak. They were able to seal the hinges and repainted where Roberts had attempted the repair using glue. They were able to complete the repair and the rear spoiler was actually cheaper than what Roberts Toyota was charging. They even vacuumed out where the kids car seats were! I highly recommend using them and Christian Lopez as the estimator. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced. First, estimate was 1/3rd actual cost which was revealed conveniently AFTER taking my car apart. Manager let me know "this happens all of the time when they estimate repairs. Next, told option was to pay for them to put it back together or dump the parts into the trunk and have it towed somewhere else all at my expense. Let them repair it only to have issues with the repair. Their answer? Take it to the dealer. Do not use this shop unless you want an estimate by a magic 8 ball and you enjoy terrible customer service. I won't be buying a Toyota from Cool Springs Toyota either. read more

Called to ask a simple question and ended up speaking to Roger the collision manager. He was incredibly helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He helped inform me about my situation, even though he knew he was not going to be able to help me. I learned a lot in a few minutes that I spoke with him and I will hands-down take my car here if anything ever happens in the future. Their goal is to serve you as the customer and make sure you get what you want, not what your insurance wants. read more

The staff I talked with seemed nice enough. If you have an older vehicle or one you suspect is totaled, I recommend not going there. They will not work on a totaled car - even if you want to pay out of pocket. And they will start charging you $70 storage per day immediately after it is deemed totaled. I understand not wanting totaled cars sitting around, but dang, give a day or two to let the customer find someone else to work on it and have it towed to. They were happy to have it when they thought they'd be making $$$ thousands off it. Just my 2 cents but for older cars and potential total jobs, skip this place go elsewhere. read more

STAY AWAY ......Absolutely AWFUL experience. My BMW M3 was damaged in a minor front -end accident on 8/22/23. Admittedly, the car is a special model and very precise. HOWEVER they accepted the work. The entire time they had the car (6 MONTHS) - The shop never called ME to check in - I had to hunt them down and only after MANY calls would I ever get one return phone call. They CLAIMED that it was parts delays, but each excuse seemed to be a part they should have evaluated prior to ordering parts. IF it was parts delays what happened next was UNREAL - I finally pick the car up on 2/15/24 and EVERY DASH light was on : Stabilization, oil, brakes (brakes were replaced a month before the wreck) etc. They took it back into the shop for the "calibration guy" to look at it - he "couldn't find" a problem, so I was instructed by my service advisor to "just drive it awhile" the lights SHOULD go off. Well.... I knew better than that so I called my mechanic (Wursters.. a TRUE GREAT business) and they said there was a sensor damaged in the wreck that needed to be replaced. Guess we missed that (I mean they only had the car 6 months) - THEN my mechanic discovers that the transmission plate was damaged AND the tie rods were both damaged (from towing inappropriately ) - BUT they HAD to have the car on a lift, they HAD to see that and they CHOOSE to return the car to me damaged after 6 months. I would NEVER EVER use this business again. STAY AWAY - not only do they not care to communicate they also return cars damaged and tell you to drive them - which would cause irreparable damage.... WOW just WOW read more

Had great service at this auto body repair shop. Dropped my SUV on a Wednesday and picked it up a week and two days later. My family is in business and realize there are loads of variables involved behind the scenes. The insurance estimate suggested it would take 4 working days - but that didn't happen to be in this case. The office had a means of communicating the progress of my car's repair via text and was so helpful when I was in the office. In fact their repair folks went above and beyond and took care of something I hadn't yet dealt with. I'm so impressed with this facility and would highly recommend. read more

Very disappointing experience. Started by coming in for a quote on 2/6/23. Decided late March to go with this company after being referred by Jeep next door. I have a Jeep Wrangler and damaged the front left Fender. They quoted quickly and I paid for the deposit late March. Deposit was for the parts. Fast forward me having to call multiple times to check up on the potential repair date and getting the run around. First time, it was the fact the order had never been placed. Second time, I chalk it up to lack of organization. Finally, last Friday, I spoke with a front office person that took charge and got my Jeep in Tuesday to be repaired.....Finally. The office person confirmed it would be done same day although the salesperson tried to talk me into leaving it overnight because the detail person was backed up. I told the person nope and will be down in an hour to pick up. They had it ready and here is the final straw in this awful situation. At time to settle up, the salesperson marked up the main part by $200....AFTER I PAID FOR THE PARTS BACK IN MARCH AS THE DEPOSIT...He gave me some BS about the fact the part became more expensive from the time of the quote/deposit to the install....I have heard a lot of things, seen a lot of things, and deal with sales EVERY DAY. Never have I heard the ridiculous excuse about why the part "matured in price" by over $200. My assumption is they probably never bought the part at the time of quote and deposit and when it was time to get it fixed, they had to rush order the part. Not sure why I would have to pay for that expense.....I expect someone to call me back and refund the balance to make this right. I doubt they will though and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had from start to finish. REDICULOUS. read more

If you call this shop you better get a confirmation of your appointment. Waited almost a month to get an appointment then they tell me they didn't have my name down anywhere. Not recommend this Mickey Mouse operation!!! read more

Had my Jeep worked on there. The staff was very professional and it was done in a timely manner. They work on all car brands I was amazed.

Repaired my company car and the repairs were ok but they seem to go through a lot of managers. I have been doing business with Alexanders and then Ford Lincoln of Franklin. There is never the same manager there it seems for to long. Just recently I started with one manager and now there is a new manager. The repairs looked good and Martine was a delight. She has my vote for one of the best office managers I have met. read more

So, I was rear-ended twice in less than a week space. The first screwed up my trunk and the second screwed up my bumper. I brought my car here. We I received it back, there was a large scratch on my newly painted, I'm assuming, bumper and the black material around my brand new truck looked still not repaired/replaced! My car was also vibrating badly whenever I stopped. My husband brought the car back for them to buff the scratch out of the bumper and still not "fix" my key hole. When he brought up the vibration, he was told it was not caused by the accident and was most likely cause my the motor mounts being loose. They refused to look at it. I took my car to Firestone and was told it was not the motor mounts and was most likely caused by the accident but they would charge me $100 to fix it. Why did I need to send my car to another shop to have it looked at when I brought my car here to have it fixed? Go someone else because the obviously don't want to do their job to the best of their abilities but they gladly took my money and the insurance's money. read more
