The owner Marty is very friendly, a wealth of knowledge, and has all the factory tools they need to repair your Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicle. What sells it most to me is his/their attitude and willingness to discuss what they found and what they know, then let you--the vehicle owner--make the call on what you want to do. I went for help diagnosing my newish (new-to-me) F150 and Marty himself came out and presented me with a veritable stack of documents detailing all the info they pulled out of my truck. Said it was overheating, but when I questioned them , they changed their mind. Never again! Yes, 3mm is replacement time but NOT metal to metal. These were rear brakes, so 3mm is not at catastrophic level. I don't like being lied to. You told me it would be ready by the end of the day that you were just confirming the repair, and when I called at the end of the day , you said we don't even have it back together yet. He wasn't paying attention to the cars trying to get around him. Instead of honking at him, I waited for him to move on his own. Once he noticed me, I started to pull around him and he began cursing at me, calling me slurs, and chasing my car. He kept yelling obscenities after me for no reason and freaked my girlfriend out. If this is the kind of person that Wilson keeps on their team, stay far away from them. This employee acted like a little child throwing a temper tantrum and he attempted to become violent, all because he was embarrassed about not paying attention and blocking traffic. On top of that, Wilson failed to give me any sort of insight on what my oil issue might be. My car had a code relating to my problem and when I showed them the code, they didn't even read it. They basically just said "that sounds bad, sorry." We specifically went to Wilson for the oil change/inspection bundle to fix this issue, but all we got was an overpriced oil change with no tips for how to move forward. If you are someone who wants to feel comfortable at an auto shop, stay far away from Wilson. I have never encountered a worker as immature and aggressive as the one there. And if you have any auto problem that needs fixing, you'd be better off going somewhere else. *EDIT for Brian: My visit was Friday the 25th, leaving the store at about 3:30. They got the new tires mounted and balanced in 40 minutes. Unfortunately they overtightened my lug nuts by a lot, probably 150-200 ft lbs, so hopefully the studs don't snap before I replace them. They also scratched my wheels but they were already kinda rough. The estimate online was $25 each but they charged $30 each, not a big deal.

They figured out that it was a worn wheel bearing and immediately started to work on it. They had it done in 2 hours. The bill was only $480. This was the second time I had to have the wheel bearing replaced. I had it done 7 years ago back in CA. The cost 7 years ago was $630 and I only got 80k miles on it. The original factory one went 170k miles. I will update this review if this replacement fails.
