Customer service is nonexistent at this shop. They take your car for a scheduled drop-off but give…read moreno guarantees on when they'll start or finish the work. Communication is poor, leaving you feeling like you must hound them for updates. My car was with them for 5 business days, during which they only worked on it for 3 to 4 hours and failed to fully repair it. Scheduling an appointment feels pointless. I booked a diagnostic test for my main and auxiliary batteries 3 days ahead of a Thursday appointment. I confirmed the appointment the day before. When I dropped it off Thursday morning, I was assured I'd receive an update "maybe after lunch time." By the end of the day, I received no update from them and when I stopped by the shop, I could see that my vehicle had been untouched. I reiterated my need for the car by Monday, and they said they'd try to look into it the next day. On Friday, I sent a polite reminder and received a curt response saying they prioritize repairs as they arrive. It became clear that appointments are just window dressing. They finally completed the battery replacement on Friday but then found what they believed was an issue causing a battery drain, requiring more diagnostics. A delay in identifying that problem extended my car's time with them. By end of day the following Monday, I had heard nothing from them. On Tuesday, I asked for an update and was promised to be provided a status update before end of day, but they failed to provide any kind of update. On Wednesday, I pressed for an update again, reminding them of the delays. They finally had a tech spend a couple more hours doing diagnostics but still couldn't pinpoint the issue and stated they would need more time (and money) to troubleshoot. After 5 days and minimal progress, I decided to retrieve my vehicle. A nearby Mercedes dealership charged me for diagnostics and found NO issues! Given my experience, I do not trust this shop for future work. They've lost my business and have shown a troubling lack of efficiency and a customer centric focus. From previous reviews, I've noticed that the shop's ownership likes to debate negative reviews (and they get the last word). I've provided all the facts accurately and if Yelp allowed more space for reviews, I'd give you even more details. For potential customers: be wary. They treat new customers poorly, break promises and take too long to perform basic maintenance. Save yourself the hassle--go elsewhere.

From oil change to brake change, tire rotation or blown gasket- I have always been pleased with the communication and services here. I have met many staff members, and each interaction was met with clear communication and understanding. I once went in to get my brakes changed (they were squeaking) and instead they let me know that the brakes were dirty, cleaned them for me, and did not charge me for a brake change. The squeaking was fixed, my vehicle safely brakes; they are honest and followed up with me to ask if I would still like the service after some driving. I appreciated that reassurance, and that they allowed me to make my own decision about the vehicle without applying pressure. I recommend this shop to any of my friends or family needing auto assistance while in Nashville. Don't be put off by the small shop- they are knowledgeable and will honest with you (a rare experience in this line of work). Their prices are honest and fair. I have had at least three of my vehicles serviced here, and I will continue to prioritize this auto mechanic shop over any other options in Nashville.

I also really like how they text you the inspection details about your vehicle and include photos within the profile. I have never had that done before, so that was a pleasant surprise.
