First time eating here and it was delicious. It's easy to eat gluten free with the build a bowl. I like that there's 3 sizes to choose from and wish I would have gotten a medium or extra protein. My friend also ordered a bowl with shrimp and she said the shrimp was delicious and not rubbery. The sauces that they had were great and plenty of sauce for what we had (small bowls). We both agreed we would eat here again. The service was friendly and we didn't wait too long for our food (dine in). I don't know any better way to describe it. Fresh, tasty, and perfectly proportioned. The inside, well it's clean too. Floor, tablez, and even the seatz are clean. Healthy from the moment you step through the door. I bet germs are embarrassed to be inside.....if they get a chance to be. On our visit, we found the place to be spotless. I felt uncomfortable though. I always do when surrounded by so many healthy people. This place and Trader Joe's. It never fails. I feel out of place with all the size twos, and mediums. Me sporting 2x and thinking I'm a large. Is visiting Clean Eatz a step in the right direction? Yeah, if for me those steps are well planned and are of the baby placement. Just messin with ya. My strides are long and know which direction they're headed. In the direction heading towards meatloaf and mashed potatoes! There are a number of freezers inside chock-full of healthy offerings. Yours for the taking at a reasonable cost. I didn't partake in that endeavor, for I had something else frozen waiting for me at home. MY WIFE! LoL!! Not really. It was a nice Stouffers lasagna. Our food was VERY bland and it took forever to get. Everything was dry and the veggies were hard. The baby carrots were wilted and hard and I'm not quite sure why a "clean" restaurant would use baby carrots that are soaked in a chlorine bath before being packaged up. You might as well eat rabbit food because that's exactly what I felt like I was eating. I'm never coming back here. I should have asked for a refund because I didn't eat most of what I was served. This place is garbage. I do NOT recommend this place at all. It's no wonder the place was empty at lunch time. I'd you're going to market yourself as "clean" eating then maybe use better quality ingredients and a little seasoning goes a long way. It's been quite awhile since I've been here but decided to venture in for lunch with my mom. I've had their frozen meal prep dishes in the past, but their prices have gone up a bit. You can order different types of food for your meal prep or you can take advantage of their grab-n-go freezers and get a few options when you need them. For dine-in they have burgers, wraps, flatbreads, smoothies, etc. We decided to do "build your own bowl" which was ~$10 for a small size. You choose a base, a protein, 3 veggies, and a sauce. I had brown rice, shrimp, zucchini, carrots, and green bell pepper with sweet chili sauce. The shrimp and veggies were good but the rice was dry. Luckily, the sauce saved it and was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. While on a business trip to Murfreesboro, I wanted something light to eat because by the time I got to my hotel and checked in, it was already pushing 7:30 pm and I like to eat early like the middle-age person I am. I ordered the chicken pesto wrap. It was so tasty, that I know without a doubt I will eat at this place again. The husband ordered one of the meltz, and while he said it tasted good, he felt like the wrap it was in was too big for the fillings LOL. My wife and I went there for dinner and found out they were under new ownership. I had the catfish and my wife had the chicken, they were both very good, we will order this again. We talked with the new owner and he told us about the changes he had made. The food and service were both great and we will be back. They are working hard to make this a place to eat, drink and watch the games on any of the 7 or 8 tv's. They also have live music on different nights. This is my new go to place. read more

Used a coupon for a free bowl Pretty good Would recommend that they chop their veggies before cooking them. The broccoli is ridiculously large, see my photo the one in the front I cut myself and it's still not "bite sized". Smaller pieces would make them cook more evenly and be easier for the "on the go" bowl style meals. I mean, these are really huge chunks of broccoli. Got mine to go and ate at home with my stainless steel flatware cause the plastic pack it came with was bending trying to stab the veggies lol Wish I hadn't gotten broccoli cause it was undercooked and so hard. The water also tasted weird. Must've been contaminated with a nearby sprite or lemonade dispenser. Everything else tasted pretty good though. Chicken, brown rice bowl with chipotle seasoning and cilantro lime sauce (on the side) with broccoli, red onion (also very largely sliced), and mushrooms If I try them again I'll be sure to ask and watch them chop the veggies and run the water a bit before filling my cup. Service was great! However, I expected the name to mean something which means clean eating and processed bean burgers is not clean eating. Salmon was also not quality and was starting to have a fishy taste. Very overpriced for what I got. Got a large barely got any brussels sprouts and very little rice. Definitely was not enough. Went by to try out a few of their frozen "grab & go" meals and they were all delicious! So this weekend, I went to dinner with two friends - one eats gluten-free and the other has very specific food needs. They accommodated everything and the food was delicious. The "build a bowl" option allows you to create the most amazing and HEALTHY meals. I seriously thought since it was a "health" restaurant, everything would taste bland and boring. I was wrong! So I used to meal prep and do all of it myself but now with a toddler and infant and working full time, my days are completely insane. I just moved in the area and not an ambassador for them or anything but I tried this placed off Medical Center and they are fantastic! You can order meal plans and they are pretty reasonable. I specifically like counting macros because it works best for me, but you can do even less carbs or more protein, etc. They also have a frozen food section where you can walk in to grab & go or get the previous week's meals if you like them a lot. I still love to cook when I can but this helps me stay on track when I can't and way less than me ordering takeout. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the food could use a little more salt but totally okay because I actually need to watch my sodium intake, so I use a salt substitute or some other type of additional seasoning if needed. read more
