I wish I could thank Arrant Heating and Air. We recently returned from a trip to find that our…read moreheating system had malfunctioned, and our house was at a freezing 57 degrees. Arrant Heating and Air originally installed our zoned heat/air system, and it has been amazing for many years. Within an hour of calling for their assistance, two technicians arrived at our home and had our heat running smoothly! What a professional, reliable company they have been for us, not only yesterday but also on the few instances we have ever had to call for their help over the past twenty years. They make us feel important and like part of their family!

We recently (Dec. '25) purchased a home from an elderly widow in Millcreek. She had new heating and…read moreA/C installed in (Sep. 25) but in June we started the A/C and it froze the evaporator coil. Our regular HVAC came out to inspect it and determined that it was low on refrigerant. Also, the main concern was that it was mounted improperly between 2 sheds with inadequate ventilation. Anderson HVAC sent out the tech that installed it and he said that he wouldn't have installed it there if it was his home. The opposite side of the shed has ample space and is open. He charged the low refrigerant and said he could give me a bid to move it to the correct location. He told me that it didn't have a permit from Millcreek City and Millcreek told me that "he absolutely needed a permit" especially because of the electrical shut off that was installed. It never would have passed inspection mounted in it's current location. It was installed illegally and improperly.

The refinance process was taking an extreme amount of time and it was getting hotter by the day. (it was now the 2nd week of July!!!!!) We had received different bids for a new unit and decided on going with Anderson HVAC. They came in and saved us just the nick of time...... before we melted :) (AKA ..2 days days before the temp reached over 100 degrees). In this crazy world you don't find people like Anderson HVAC anymore. They are honest, professional and downright good people!!! There are no words to describe my gratitude for their kindness and the cool air we are now experiencing :) THANK YOU!!! Anderson HVAC Sincerely, Danny and Brenda :)

I tried to leave this on google but I guess it didn't take- BUT here we go. Today Tony came to my…read moresister's home in N. Ogden. and was well on time. I had called these guys to my home in Harrisville about a month ago on an emergency. They came in a flash to our rescue and signed us up for a maintenance plan. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed. Tony, like Brycen, made this such a pleasant experience and I hope the company owner is proud of the team he has working for him. I highly recommend this company, they are the best.

Mustache guy is my hero! We decided to get a new HVAC…read morecompany & it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at by that company... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off. The original company said they'd be back in *three weeks* to give us a quote. With freezing weather approaching, and me with a serious heart condition I was DONE! I reached out to Absolute Comfort and got a response immediately. When Carrie learned our circumstances, she offered to have someone come out that very night. I deeply appreciate her compassionate understanding. Kristopher came and evaluated the broken furnace, took measurements and assessed the situation, explained the options and made recommendations for getting the best airflow and performance for both heating and cooling in our home. It showed that he really had listened to our family's needs and concerns. We deeply appreciate Kristopher's integrity and honesty. Grateful for his knowledge, experience and genuine passion for the hvac technology. What really mattered to us the most was reliable service we can trust & quality equipment with a good warranty. It's a relief to know that Amana has a lifetime warranty. The service plan really made me happy and gave my husband peace of mind. Of all the companies we got proposals from, Absolute Comfort had the best financing, and very competitive pricing. They quickly handled the paperwork for our insurance adjuster. I was soo relieved to have someone take immediate action. Then, when an earlier install date opened up, Kristopher reached out and got us scheduled earlier. WOW! Thank you! Jon, Brycen and Rich came today and did the install for the new Furnace and AC. It was such a great experience! They each seemed to really care about the quality of their work, and showed our home care and respect. They kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day. Loved seeing how well they worked as a team. Once everything was installed, Jon showed us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. Shortly after they left we got an error message on the smart thermostat. Brycen returned straight away, and fixed it. No excuses, delays or run-around... just simply here taking care of it. Absolutely know we made the right choice. Tonight I sleep comfortably, warm and safe, knowing we have a team of professional compassionate people here for us if we need. Highly recommend.

I called True Pros on at 8am on Sunday, fully expecting them to not get back to us until Tuesday. 15 minutes later, I get a text from the business owner (Katy) letting me know that she's asked for volunteers to come out and rescue us. Within the hour, James called and asked for more details and let us know he was on his way. He came out, confirmed our AC's time of death, and arranged for Rich to come out and provide estimates for a replacement. Rich was here (again, within half an hour) to measure the house and provide us with a few options to choose from. Since I had to be away for an appointment and my husband had been supervising the visit, Rich texted me to make sure I got the quotes and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. We made our decision within the hour and the team bent over backwards to make time to install it on Tuesday. Corbin and Jesse showed up right on time today and worked through lunch to get our new AC system up and running. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The AC is working fabulously and everyone (including our cat) is so grateful not to be living in a sweat box anymore. I love True Pros! They're fast, communicative, and fairly priced. I love the little blurbs about the technicians that you get by text, along with their photos, so you know exactly who to expect and who they are. They're not pushy about sales, and it's clear the whole team knows what they're doing and like what they do. I can't thank them enough for rescuing us from what promises to be a very hot week.
