Kyle promised my house would have adequate hvac but there are so many leaks in the runs that my attic is getting better heating and air-conditioning than my house. Causing massive ice dams on roof in the winter. Also not able to fully cool the house in summer. Had a big issue with lost refrigerant in condenser unit. Kyle told me it was over charged and took out more refrigerant causing even worse cooling issues. He Came back again and took more out. After the second time I consulted another company. It was so low that the compressor needed to be fully recharged and wasn't even running. I crawled up into the attic to feel a blast of cold air when the hvac system turned on. Once he got there, he looked over my air conditioner and actually even pulled it out to have a closer look. There was so much debris it looked like thin blanket covering it. Kind of like a lint trap to a dryer. I okayed the repair since his pricing was beyond fair. He cleaned it exceptionally well, but here is where things get really weird. He's cleaning it and says, "In all my years doing this, I've never seen that before." I asked what it was and he said he found a dead bird in there. Keep in mind, this is a closed system. We have no idea how it got in there. I've been here 3 years and the bird looked even more aged than that. I'm glad he got it out of the system as that's got to be a major health hazard.
