My favorite place to get a burger. I have gluten allergies and love their gluten free bun + they have a dedicated fryer for the frys. Found out they will sell you the gluten free buns so I bought one to have for home. They are very fresh. Nice change from having to buy them frozen. read more

Nothing special here folks. After two visits I am officially underwhelmed. The burger is nothing special and you can get better almost anywhere. When you get fries they are always way over cooked and they give you all of these little pieces of fries that look like they would have been scrapped off of the bottom of the fry tray. While they can boast freshness with fresh ground beef and fresh cut fires they lack greatly in flavor and execution. I have them 2 stars for nice service and smiling faces. The burgers are excellent. I like to add grilled onions and jalapenos. I wish they would introduce two things - a wheat bun and onion rings. It would also be nice if they at least something different for picky little kids (chicken nuggets, corn dog, something). The wait can sometimes feel too long for a menu so simple, but it is hard to tell if it is truly too slow or if the impatience for a hearty burger is to blame. My family visited Mighty Fine recently, and I was very pleased by the level of service and by the food. The restaurant was clean, and there were at least two people sweeping floors, wiping tables, and managing the garbage containers the entire time we were there. While we were looking for a place to sit, one of the bussers noticed us (and noticed that was carrying my toddler son), and he offered to bring us a high chair. Then he made sure the table was clean before we sat down. A food runner brought our meals to us very quickly after we ordered. Both of these employees went above and beyond in my opinion considering this is a quick burger place. The burgers were great! They came out quickly exactly as they were ordered, and they were very good. Just greasy enough, and the toppings were fresh. The fries were cooked perfectly. Everything was just fantastic. I rarely give 5 stars and am not a fan of crinkle fries, but this establishment deserves the highest rating. It was lightly raining so one of the employees came out to meet me in the parking lot with an umbrella! The menu is simple so ordering is efficient. I had the Jr 1/2 lb with fries and a drink and the wait time was minimal. The burger was amazing, fountain drink had a good balance of syrup and carbonation, and the fries may be the best crinkles I've ever had. Tasty burgers, skip the fries, but the customer service is lacking! I was surprised at poor response from management while waiting a ridiculously long time in line. Some man was talking to the manager and holding up the line for almost 20minutes. The manager really should have continued whatever their conversation was some where bessides the order line. When a lady in front I if me began complaining that sHe had been waiting for over 20 min., an employee standing behind me raised her voice to tell the lady they were doing the best they could and she hadn't had a break or something. Nobody said, "I'm sorry you had to wait so long" or any other typical and acceptable basic customer service response. Only my second time there, and other employees seemed busy and kind, but the manager and the employee that raised her voice to a rightfully upset customer need more training. read more

As I was waiting in the car last Sunday (Mother's Day) at around 12:30 pm, I noticed one of your STAFF members (Who I guess just left Natural Grocers) carrying 5 or 6 cans of soda. She brought them with her into your restaurant. She entered your establishment without wearing gloves and without wearing a mask. She walked through the side door/side entrance where your staff walks in and out for curbside pickup. This girl was wearing a red apron, she was an employee of your store and clearly about to start her shift. I was not impressed seeing that negligence. We've been to Mighty Fine a few times at other locations and have always had a good experience with excellent food. When our burger bowls were delivered to us, we were told that they were out of knives but that they would arrive in about 10min and he'd bring us two when they arrived. We used just two forks and the burgers are so juicy, we had no problems eating them. Sure enough, after about 10min, the gentleman brought us two knives, we said we didn't need them, we used two forks instead and it worked just fine. He offered to remake our burgers due to not having a knife! I was already nearly finished and my partner only had a few more bites. We smiled and declined, we obviously had no issues eating the burgers without a knife. I've always received excellent customer service at the Mighty Fine restaurants I've been to, but this offer was over and above what I expected. We'll definitely return to this location. read more

I have lived within 2 miles of Mighty Fine, and had failed to remember that it was there. I can assure you that will not happen again. I sincerely appreciate how clean the restaurant is. They've gone so far as to make the cold storage see through for all of the patrons. The menu is very simple, and easy to navigate. They don't offer much, but what they do have is done very well! Same owners as Rudy's BBQ, and the quality of their product is just as high. I had the 1/2 pound burger with bacon and avocados. The meat was great, and the produce seemed very fresh.
